The two Krishnamurthy, J Krishnamurthy and U G krishnamurthy were the great persons. They both knew very well about the kundalini and Chakras. It is a system of energy which Controls human life.The system takes the energy from the universe and flows in every part of our body even in smallest cells as each and every part of body and cells works every time and requires energy to work even while sleeping. Even While sleeping heart, kidneys, mind, lungs continously works and Kundilini systems controls the flow of energy. When we mediate kundalini system takes huge energy from universe and if body is not able to handle ,kundalini system can destroy your system as high level of Entergy flows.
I suggest not to wake up your kundalini forcibly. Just mediate without any wants and one day will come that you will know that " I am that.I am that one." You will find that there is no difference between you and universe.

As we pass through puberty period in our adolcent stage naturally the Kundalini Jagaran is also a stage which happens silently in a birth or after so many births.
