When you go to Mass, you should actively listen carefully to the Word of God being proclaimed. Don't just be swayed by a person's eloquence, but actually discern what they are saying. Nestor is a monk who believes Jesus was a human that became a God thus not eternal and thus st Mary is the mother of Jesus not the mother of God . Catholics believe that holy people on Earth (AND the angels and saints in Heaven) can "pray for us" ... and it's ok to ask them to do so... In a similar respect, if you were to ask your pastor to pray for you, that is acceptable... yes, you can pray to God alone, but there is nothing wrong with asking holy people to pray for you as well. That said, I understand your objection to this because we are asking saints in heaven to pray for us (not just people on earth)... but as long as you don't frame it as 'worship', then it's fair criticism.

He is not a man of God. His words here do not align with the bible or God in any way except on his own small minded and self serving perversion. He is wrong at every possible level, and he, like you, do not care. Your hatred, however you want to try and hide it, is dressed up as "holy" when it could be nothing further from the truth. His bigotry is the crime and his betrayal of everything Jesus taught is the tragedy, that he would believe and purport such a small, evil, and twisted kind of God. Thank you speaking so eloquently and with love and love is sometimes painful and truth can sometimes hurt, but it needs to be said, and we need to stand with God’s law not men’s convenience. finally a normal man that we can side with,i have been one of those lgbtq,but i have seen the errors in my way 10 years ago and returned to my religion,because i love the god and every creation of the god,hopefully everyone else will return to our god before is too late for them.

Catholic priests are taught not to draw attention or focus on themselves. That is why many of them are careful when preaching not to seem too fiery. Because it should be about the Message, and not about the preacher. The Message must be Jesus Christ.
We should look past the superficial, and dig deep for the Truth. When you go to Mass, you should actively listen carefully to the Word of God being proclaimed. Don't just be swayed by a person's eloquence, but actually discern what they are saying.
Everyone here is saying good things about this Bishop, but what I see is people being divided into sub-groups within the Universal Church. Fiducia Supplicans does not teach that the Church allows blessings of LGBTQ relationships, it's saying that the Church should not withhold blessing individuals, if they are genuinely repentant.
