To get the blades off, I flipped the fan upside down and laid it on the floor and used my weight to push the blades off. The blades loosened, and after I flipped the fan back over again the blades easily came off completely.
I've done that with older box fans before, but these are so thin I've never found there to be enough space between the blade and the surface the fan is sitting on.

After taking apart and cleaning my own fan I put it back together but now the blades aren't spinning. I can hear the motor on though when I do turn the fan on. Any tips?
@@JordanU It's that neodymium magnets are way stronger than the normal magnets you might've seen in a 4th grade science class. Some pro-audio speakers also use neodymium magnets.

You are right, when lying flat on a surface there is not enough space to push the blades off completely, only to loosen them a little.
when pulling the blades off i always find it helpful to rock it side to side as i am pulling up on it, kind of walks it up the shaft.
That's not a bad idea.. Were this something vintage I would have been more careful..

Does the blade spin freely by hand?
the b20200 is nearly the same thing as the 3733 exept the logo is shaped rectangular than being oval shaped.
Surely there has to be some other difference as well..
