Hello Vincent! Did you know that if you pull the cake batter up to the edge of the cake form, than it won’t be humped but straight? And then it will be easier to stack the baked cake batter. Btw great video! Toodles!!

It looks like you used Philadelphia which is only a Frischkäse-ZUBEREITUNG. I recommend using proper cream cheese, like Almette.
