I realized that it is an attack from the enemy against my stomach. I shall eat God’s food and not have complications in the name of Jesus!

I’m nine (9) months pregnant and I’ve joined CBG fast all year… However, one month I broke my fast early on two out of three days. There was no excuse, I wanted to eat, convinced myself it was ok bc I’m pregnant and justified my rebellion based on others who supported that stance. In short, I was disobedient. I repented and stood on faith the following month. I’m sharing my testimony to encourage another mom in this season. It’s doable. Pray for grace, go to God (not people) for guidance and trust He’ll grace you to do it.

I will not say it is an excuse, but you are carrying a baby now. It's perfectly okay and normal if you have cravings or feel the need to eat because you're not alone anymore. Each pregnancy is unique, as Tiphani mentioned, so it's essential to be mindful while pregnant. Please don't feel guilty , but always pay attention to your body's signals. Stay well-hydrated and aim to eat a substantial meal(big salad like mentionned) before 6AM of after 6PM. If you find it challenging adjust your time but stay in the Lord presence by reading your Bible, Gospel, prayers... I just wanted to share my perspective, but when I read that you feel guilty and are rebelling, i was feeling that you were too hard on yourself. God see you and your intention. Remember, it's manageable, but every pregnancy is distinct. Listen to your body and understand what it can handle. Stay blessed!
The thing is it's not just you your denying food also for that baby! I would say fast social media fast something different when pregnant! Even denying yourself of something you love God respects! I would be careful doing this while pregnant babies need nutrients!
I"m an assistant director at a daycare so my tasks are many. One of them is cooking lunch and making snacks for the children. I wasn't going to do the fast this month because I wasn't sure if God wanted it for me. I prayed and asked God last night to give me a detailed dream if He wanted me to do the fast this month and He did. Basically in the dream I was in Tiphani's class and she was teaching me and others. So here I am fasting today, around food for the second time this year with CBG. I listen to the morning prayer and other videos posted to eat off of while I'm around natural food. Nobody but God. This is do or die season. We got this sisters and brothers in Christ!

If you’re eating during that fast, you’re not really fasting. Fast and simply means abstaining from food. It’s not eating anything at all. Your stomach must be empty. Dad is fasting. Abstaining from food not water or liquid for that matter. But it doesn’t mean go blend up and fruit to make spoon smoothie either. So, as much as I am enjoying this teaching fasting is abstaining from food. The Daniel fast is not really a fast cause he ate he just didn’t eat from the Kings table the delicacies and stuff just wanna put that out there.

If you only fast until noon, 3pm. 6pm or 24 hrs, 3 days, 7, 21, or 40, whatever you do there should be no food. Even midnight to 6pm fasts, we don't drunk either but most fasts in the bible abstain from food only. The purpose is to deny flesh, sacrifice our flesh to God so milkshakes, smoothies, juices are not fasts. I can get very full on smoothies, and juices.

The specific portion about the break down of the lion and the meaning/significance of the body parts was really profound. I was SHOCKED while I was listening on my drive home. I know for a fact that this month’s fast is going to be super powerful because I’ve been doing the fasts every month so far this year but this is the first time my body has rejected food for prolonged periods of time for 2-3 days prior to the start of the fast.

I’ve done 3, 5, and 7 day fluid fast over the years and this was the menu: • Alkaline or Distilled Water • Vegetable Broth • Romaine lettuce, green olives 🫒 with olive oil and vinegar • Watermelon 🍉 I only ate the watermelon and salad if I was hungry to the point of headache however I drank water first. Many times our body is calling for water and not food. Meal prep makes fasting much easier.

I was so scared that they were going to eat me, but surprisingly, they didn't but protected me from a dog that wanted to attack. I asked God what the dream meant. I’ve been using a book Richard Hittlemans 28 days yoga exercises for years which helped my body tremendously and I’ve never lost touch with God. I’ve completed 3 years of Charis Bible College I’ve never aligned myself with any other religion but following Jesus Christ.
Yoga isn’t an excercise. Go to any Hindu website and you’ll see that. Yoga is a RELIGION. Many people go to witch doctors and they’re body feels “helped tremendously” because of it. They lost touch with God as soon as they went to a witch doctor, even if they still go to church and pray. Your Bible college training doesn’t change that. Yoga is a RELIGION, not an exercise and what you did for your body is no diff from someone seeking the help of a witch doctor for relief. It’s all idolatry. Repent.

I just found you last month. This month will be my first Covered By God fast.I know the number 3 is big in the Bible for symbolism of God's purpose and will. But, it didn't occur to me that 3 days of fasting is 10% of a month, and therefore, a kind of tithe. I know the verses in Malachi 3. My churches in 2 different states had us recite it every Sunday. The tithe of time is exciting to me.

No guilt, no shame, no cravings…Just choices… join a corporate fast or not. I chose to join 8 out of 9 months. It’s up to us. God is faithful.

This word really blessed me today. It was powerful. I excited about the fast. This is the first one with “Covered by God”. God really used you to speak to me. I’ve been reading my word daily and building my spiritual stamina.

Fresh lemons, star ingredient lots of garlic,cilantro, dill, red onions, olive oil, watercress, habanero,and lime super ninja blend and walla. Makes a great spicy sauce, put it on your salad, or make romain lettuce, taco veggie boats, and add sauce. I strive to keep this on my frig.
Cut up some tomatoes and avocado in circles add fresh basil, salt, olive oil, and lemon juice! 😋

I was too!! Then I heard that one of my male cousins was just diagnosed with cancer. The men in my family are under attack. I HAVE to fast now! The enemy keeps playing in my face and I will not let him anymore!!!

I’ve been using a book Richard Hittlemans 28 days yoga exercises for years which helped my body tremendously and I’ve never lost touch with God. I’ve completed 3 years of Charis Bible College I’ve never aligned myself with any other religion but following Jesus Christ.
Yoga isn’t an excercise. Go to any Hindu website and you’ll see that. Yoga is a RELIGION. Many people go to witch doctors and they’re body feels “helped tremendously” because of it. They lost touch with God as soon as they went to a witch doctor, even if they still go to church and pray. Your Bible college training doesn’t change that. Yoga is a RELIGION, not an exercise and what you did for your body is no diff from someone seeking the help of a witch doctor for relief. It’s all idolatry. Repent.

I just found you last month. This month will be my first Covered By God fast.I know the number 3 is big in the Bible for symbolism of God's purpose and will. But, it didn't occur to me that 3 days of fasting is 10% of a month, and therefore, a kind of tithe. I know the verses in Malachi 3. My churches in 2 different states had us recite it every Sunday. The tithe of time is exciting to me.
