I-75, I-85 and I-20 are so congested going through town but as soon as you get on the downtown streets it's basically a ghost town...Maybe this was filmed on a Sunday...

I’m pretty sure it was on a Sunday. I like it better when there is low to moderate traffic. Makes driving and filming that much easier.
