To me the "Budget" Moment still at the Hands of Jane Doe. All her Animations is top tier, from the Movements and Effects. Yanagi had some clean Animation especially when it comes to Effects but her Movements was not as hard as Jane imo
Nice to see improved sync between dual screens, and also fun transition in the ultimate. There's a feel in lot of her animations that "here is where we attack further" and I see disappointment in her face when she has to return to idle pose instead :D
Did you know that when she walks, her ankles bend outside on the moment her foot touches the ground? This detail is not seen in Burnice or Jane Doe's animation. They sure did go all out with Yanagi.
With the way that Hoyo has almost been using each of their games as testing grounds for different aspects of game design, I'd be really curious 5 years from now if they took the best animators, best combat designers, best level designers, best character designers, best musicians, best sound designers and basically the best of the best of their now huge team and threw them all at something together. I feel like ZZZ's contribution would definitely include their top tier animators.
