What type of collagen do you drink. When you are in perimenopause do you have chills .? I usually feel like this at night. Is anger or irritability a mood change in perimenopause? I do feel itchy skin.

I too struggled with dizziness for a long time. Also feeling disconnected from my self was the wierdest and most scary symptom for me. It has reduced but comes back to bite me sometimes. I also felt strangely low self esteem and negativity about myself. The anxiety about the strangest of things was another thing to deal with. Thank you so much dear Keri. Your channel has helped me so much.

Itchy skin drives me nuts! And yes the teeth can be annoying for sure…and I’m sure whatever else you share Kari, I’m sure I’ve experienced it! He usually mentions "getting older" but not menopause specifically.

I'm 45, no kids, and was recently diagnosis with an autoimmune disease brought by a (rather not say, but it was an "injection"!) Plus, I have several spinal injuries from multiple accidents over the years. So, between medications and hormonal changes, I have multiple symptoms. Because of your videos, I took my health more seriously... and been increasing my communications with Orthopedic, Neurologist, Rheumatologist, Cardiologist, Obgyn, and Endocrinologist. They have known me for years since we all worked in the same health system. Only in the past 2 years, they finally started to communicate with each other by having me put my Subjectives in writing !! That's the only way all these doctors were finally keeping up with me and each other !! Many admited to me that putting my verbal updates helped them document my condition better aling with keeping up with list of my bloodwork , MRI, and medications. Ever since that, my health is slowly improving, plus these doctors are finally believing me and trusting me with my own findings and concerns. We made it easy for all of us (we are all humans).

I never had a hot flash, don’t even know what one is like. I had no idea I was in menopause. One day everything just stopped. No warning. It was very depressing. If I had a warning then at least I wouldn’t have felt like I went from 45 to 90 suddenly. I do get balance problems, visual disturbances, muscle aches and pains, tinnitus and hearing loss and the itching too. For the visual disturbances, I have been through one year of testing having every test you can imagine and nothing has showed up. And my left eye keeps greying out for a few seconds, several times a week. I’ve been to neurologists, neuro ophthalmologists, retina specialists, cardiologists, I’ve had MRIs, MRAs, CAT angiograms, MRIs of my eye orbits, the dye test for the retinas, blood work, and all are normal. They told me there’s nothing they can do for me because nothing shows up on their tests. I think they think I’m nuts.
