Tour of Conrad Manila

For our last two days in the Philippines we stayed at Conrad Manila to relax and get ready for our long trip back to California over 18 1/2 hrs with 4 hrs layover in Hong Kong.
The hotel is impressive and we received perks as Hilton Diamond members such as free access to the Executive Lounge, upgrade to a large, beautiful suite. Convenient location, easy access to Maison Mall & Mall of Asia.
However, although most of the staff are friendly and helpful we experienced a long delay in addressing minor requests such as extra cups, blankets & pillows. In the end they were resolved to our satisfaction but after much frustration, perhaps due to lack of communication to proper department.
