I’ve been a guitarist for about 2 years now, and I’ve never seen this channel until now! This is actually the first video I’ve seen from this channel, and it’s really easy to follow along! Love the set up with the picking/strumming pattern, the chords, and the fret board! Keep it up! You definitely made playing guitar more fun!

During the prechorus it’s actually Em D C G, not Cadd9
Correct Cadd9 is only played in the verses, also the song is played with a capo on the first fret
On live he plays only cadd9
@@captainbrianwilkinson7723every video I’ve seen billie joe play there’s been no capo. Agree with the c major on the pre chorus tho. I play a different strum pattern though. Haven’t tried this one yet.

Are you sure the bass is played twice? it sounds better if you do the sixth/fourth with the note E, then the fifth/fourth, and then the fourth/fourth with the D etc etc
thats how he did it in his old tutorial from 7 yrs ago, wonder why he changed it up

The intro doesn’t sound right without the little “fuck” in the middle but this is an amazing cover none the less 🙏
The second progression is E minor, D major, C major, G major.
Not C add 9. Just look at Billy playing it, you can see his fingers.
