Yep, thats a true ender 3 first time experience :) My first printer was an ender 3. good way to learn to troubleshoot near everything regarding 3d printing.

I started out with an Ender 3 Pro, mostly the same printer but with some differences like double the Y axis bar thickness, now I've started developing a monster. 4.2.7 silent board and V2 display, BLTouch, Winsinn dual wheel extruder, and aftermarket mini-me printed fan ducting are already on it, and I've ordered a whole suite of other stuff to put on it; linear rails across the board, second Z screw, Creality Spider 3 hotend, Spider 3 compatible Diamond nozzle, and eyeballing the HeroMe duct to print and put on it in case the MiniMe won't work well with the new hotend and carriage.
If you put the time, filament, and money into it these printers can be extremely heavily modified to make some beautiful prints at a pretty freakin good speed.
Before you ever do anything else to it that costs money, though, get a BLTouch kit and the Creality PEI plate kit with the magnet sheet, those two additions are easily the most quality of life improving things you can do to the printer, everything else I mentioned, save for the printable ducting mods, is more for higher print quality, faster speed capabilities, and wear resistance; they won't make the printer any easier to use and they're a huge pain to install, I haven't even gotten a lot of it yet and I already know. The BLTouch admittedly is also a pain to install, but it's completely life changing when it comes toworrying about the bed level; I did a 5x5 mesh level on my bed when I set it up and it's been ridiculously consistent since then, with the occasional four point tilt calibrationwhen I accidentally knock one of the wheels out.

Finally getting an Ender 3 to print something for the first time, will have you feeling like a goddamn genius I swear. But then you realize how much further you can improve things or something goes wrong and you feel like a dummy again. I love the excitement of 3D printing, don't let it get you too frustrated!! Also beware, if your prints suddenly go to absolute trash and get stringy and you want to throw the thing out the window, its probably the stock plastic extruder at 5:23 that snapped and is no longer gripping the filament to push it through. There are all metal replacement ones super cheap out there if this happens. (ask me how I know lmao)

my ender 3 pro was very bed, no levelling, no speed, right x axis too high. my problems gone after I buy creality sprite extruder pro, dual z axis and update firmware to klipper.

The other poster here suggested leveling, but it just looks like the offset value that can be changed in the menu settings. If you do adjust it and make it better, don't forget to save the eeprom settings. That will store it for future runs between power off of the machine.
