Well yeah, sometime deciding our own schedule is more unhealthy, because of the freedom to decide I sometimes forgot about mental fatigue, which very important to keep me away from stress and depression.
Well nowadays I stick to 8am - 5pm jobs, and 8 hour of sleep with kaela stream as my lullaby

I would mostly agree with what the docs said, but
In general this sleep pattern of how many hours from start to end time, is kinda industrialized scheduling.
Though having a min amount of rest time is good for our body overall.
Because the average person usually works from 9-5, it only make sense to sleep early so we don't feel tired the next day.
Though, like Lamy said it's easier said than done... 😅

i do think cover should assign medical assistance for holomem either for helping them have better rest schedule or for mental health
I've been out of Hololive until recently so I don't know if things have changed but aren't the JP girls all over the place location wise? That sounds like a nightmare for Cover to get everyone proper and confidential medical assistance.
@@Cat_Sidhe most of them are in tokyo area now, also they can do consultation when doing work in the studio/office. i dont mean each one of them have 1 assigned for them just for the general one

Doctor-patient confidentiality ought to override whatever contract Lamy might have with Cover. And even still, it's not like she has a concert every month. And even with a concert looming, excessive work without enough rest is counterproductive anyway.
It's true, but I guess there are certain info that needs to be kept private just to be safe.
And yeah, I do believe the hololive girls tend to have busy periods like for Lamy, just last month and this month she's scheduled for several concerts. I hope she takes a breather every now and then.
Evidently she did, what with having no streams yesterday.
She doesn't have a concert every month, but she still needs to attend lessons somewhat regularly at least a couple of months in advance. I think this year is especially busy for her with Twinkle 4 You concert & the upcoming Blue Journey concert, and that's not including her anniversary & birthday performances & guest appearances in other holomem's performances. And then beginning of next year they have 5th fes to worry about. It's just almost nonstop.
