His gochizo or minions are the result of eating snacks plus his emotions. The stories of them from his mom are what created them. His cake form is his feelings for Sachika. The sadness his family gave him brought him down. Now for Sachika his full potential is unleashed. Using the cake they made together.
So the glowing eyes does signify using their Granute abilities thanks to the twins showing it again, so when Shouma eye glows it means he's using his granute enhanced abilities which means his rider forms are his granute state changing constantly as an unstable variable. Also the caking Gochizou doesn't die, does this mean every upgrade form will stay alive? I hope so.
I mean, yeah, why would Shiita want her brother to die? Even though they said they'd stay together, that doesn't mean they both have to die if one could survive. Though that choice may lead to something more sinister/maddening. It would be interesting to see an alternate timeline where the Stomach siblings welcomed Gavv and see how he would have turned out. I wonder if Gavv gave the twins the flowers after they tried to get attention from their father. I feel just swapping when that happened would have changed things greatly. At least we got to see Gavv's fantasy of them accepting him, though it is a bit off-putting that he felt nothing about killing Shiita. True, he didn't have much to work with from being alienated from his siblings, but there must be something for him to think about. He did collapse shortly after and distracted by food, but hopefully we get a bit more insight into his thoughts about it rather than shrugging it off as just another Granute fight.
Gavvs new minions kinda give me Alice in Wonderland vibes with the card soldiers for some odd reason. Speaking of powerups, Valen's new upgrade might be berserk at first cause it seems that the upgrade might have something to do with his festering hatred for all granutes and it might encompass really bitter chocolate. 1 family member down, but the other twin is probably gonna lay low for the time being. Although it makes me wonder, how far will stomach inc go in order to make their snack abominations? One possible theory I have is that they might resort to cannibalism and start sourcing innocents or failure granutes into their snacks and that desperation might just push them way off the deep end. Imagine turning the grief in this episode into something so unimaginable that it literally erases your soul just to be rid of your enemy. Now that cake is considered the first super form, it begs the question of what the next forms might be like. The semifinal form could possibly be forced due to a dark treat forced into him and shoumas attempts to purge it from his system only to suffer from dark treat withdrawal and turn into a granute super form that he is stuck in for a few episodes. Final form is possibly leaning toward maybe a candy factory or supermarket. Candy factory route might occur like this: After reading Willy wonka for the first time, it might inspire him to unite all his flavors in his taste journal so far and bring forth his final form. Or a supermarket or restaurant form could work the same way with his taste journal being the final key to the puzzle.
I wonder if suga would be marked as a traitor because he gave hanto the power to take out the granutes and the stomach family won't be happy about that.

Dude, imagine his final form has Alice in Wonderland theme or even Willy Wonka theme.... it would look so wild
the only way that shouma would eat a dark treat is if his siblings forced him to because they would harm sachika if he didn't

17:10 who gave Gavv the judgment cut
