@@baconscoobysnacks3135 almost 2 months without any update from devs aside from them stating it’s investigation is in progress. I’d like to assume those devs have a huge update they’re working on dropping soon along with the fixes of any game breaking bugs.
I have the bug. I hate when ppl say do the side quests and you'll have it. No we have done everything in the game. We can't complete the collections because the piece is in the challenge. I thought maybe they would add something to reset the infamous foes after beating the game.

Its fixed. Achievement/trophy pops when loading up the game.
For me is still exist? Just finished the game and is still 11/12

If you do the Brothers Keeper Side quest you can complete the infamous foes quest
Ik it’s late but this works u champ was the last one I had to do.
Oi lads finally found the solution just do the side quest well well well youll get the Alexandrias Troll finish it and youll get the las i famous foe
