Farms, Mills, Vegans and a very steep hill

As I headed south from Leighton Buzzard, I passed through a lot of villages and farming communities who have done a fantastic job of keeping their traditions alive. It was fantastic to see not only a working farm and water mill, the windmill but most importantly, the care local residents had to make sure their villages weren't just London commuter bases.
