Yes! I just saw your other comment on my macaron video and replied there as well, but here's an answer: The best way to tell is a "wiggle test". Open the oven door and place a finger on top of one of the macarons. If it wiggles or slides back and forth on the feet, that means the middle isn't done yet. The feet should be set and the macaron shouldn't shift around once they are done. I hope that helps!
Amy plz help me out I am facing a prb in this .....there's no flour in rhis recipe? Coz in the video there's no part of u adding flour...in your printable recipe also it is mentioned dry ingredients but what are the dry ingredients its not mentioned?
