I didn't know there was an English version of this, thanks! BTW that line the woman sang in Maori was the first line of our national anthem, 'God defend New Zealand', which is usually sung first in Maori and then in English.

Aotearoa- (Ow-Tear-Roar). Roll the “R” in roar with your tongue. The ladies Maori section at the end is part of our National Anthem.

Love how happy you are when you sing God's name and just your spiritual joy. God bless you and all your whanau (maori word for family, pronounced farno)

Ao (pronounce old but hold the D sound) tea (pronounce the first two letters of the word tear and replace the ar with pronunciation of uh) roa almost rhymes with door So pronounce it as roar while replacing the last sound as uh .
Ol-te(ar)uh-ro(ar)uh .. Can you please let me know if this helps with your pronounciation of our Countrys Name 😊
