Yue is an underrated midlaner 🪄 the way he play is for macro! Btw it is his 3rd season to the team of blacklist and I hope he finds his way to win in the grandfinal of MPL PH Season 13 because all of his contributions from the start will be worth it. I just wanted to ask since I'm not totally familiar with this honestly. I just learned this recently. at the 8-9mins mark, blue side EXP laner buying roam boots and at the 13-14 min mark, red side mid laner also buying roam boots. I'm still confuse what are the conditions why other opposite lane doesn't consider buying one even after 8mins mark whether they're ahead or behind. Do they still prioritize completing a certain item before buying roam boots for EXP&GOLD assist? Or maybe it is for a certain reasons/conditions? Is it always necessary in every game? Hopefully someone can give me some thoughts. Thanks.
