  • LinkedIn Company Pages can now share newsletters. This is a valuable tool for marketing to your audience with regular long-form content.
    To create a LinkedIn company newsletter, you can follow these steps:
    Go to your LinkedIn Company Page and click on the "Write an Article" button. This will open a new post window where you can create your newsletter.
    Choose a catchy headline for your newsletter and write a brief introduction to grab the attention of your readers.
    Write the main content of your newsletter, covering topics that will be of interest to your audience.
    Include calls to action such as asking readers to share the newsletter or visit a specific webpage.
    Preview your newsletter to make sure it looks the way you want it to.
    When you're happy with your newsletter, hit the "Publish" button to make it live on your LinkedIn Company Page.

    Louise: Thanks for this. Did not see this video until now. I've viewed the Q&A to see if this has been asked, and I do not see it yet, so here goes.... I use my 'personal' LinkedIn page for business postings and updates. Am I able to send a LinkedIn newsletter out of my personal LinkedIn page? I have 15,000+ connections on my personal LinkedIn page though do not have a business page.

    Hi Louise,
    Thank you so much for sharing the video! I have a quick question: do you know if it's possible to integrate an existing newsletter into LinkedIn? My company already has an established newsletter on Substack, and we're hoping to link it to a LinkedIn Newsletter to direct traffic there. Or would we need to maintain and post each newsletter separately on both platforms?
    I appreciate your help!

      hi Nessy, you definitely have to set up a new newsletter on LinkedIn to use the feature - but sure you can copy and paste? Maybe someone can set up a Zapier to make this easier, but don't think you can automate it?

    Hi Louise, is this functionality of creating a newsletter free of cost for a firm with more than 150k followers?

    Amazing content, Louise. Just wanna know if we can get the actual email list from our subscribers?

    • @RaiseYourVisibilityOnline
      @RaiseYourVisibilityOnline  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      hi Ralph, I am pretty sure you are not supposed to do that, however there are ways of extracting your connections from LinkedIn - personally I hate it when someone takes my email address from LinkedIn and sends me an unsolicited email (it goes against GDPR of course too)

    how to best promote blogs---should you communicate a startup company blog as an article on founder page (excerpt of the blog) then include link to blog on website for full version to drive traffic) or is it best to just POST about your blog on founder page with link to blog on website? Or do both? I've heard too many links from your page hurst the algorithm, but you woudl have to get people to subscribe to your linked articles? We don't have a full enewsletter yet.

    • @RaiseYourVisibilityOnline
      @RaiseYourVisibilityOnline  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      ok - so what I do, is share snippets from a blog and yes I share the link to the blog. I don't worry too much about 'shoudl I share links or not' on LinkedIn - if your content is good, people will engage with it -its all aboutkeeping all the pillars going - content, network, engaging with people... not just one thing or one other!

    I have a LI newsletter. How do I add an editor so my partner can also create them?

  • @nd1267-p9m
    @nd1267-p9m ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Hi Louise, do I have to use the built in newsletter function or can I drop a link to my email opt in a post for example or comments? I have a LI business page set up but rarely use it. I do most of my posts through my personal account. Ultimately I want to grow my email list using my LI followers, so wondering if the newsletter is the only way to go about it - thank you! Hope my question is making sense 😊

    • @RaiseYourVisibilityOnline
      @RaiseYourVisibilityOnline  ปีที่แล้ว

      hi Nikita, yes this makes sense. So I suggest you add a signup or optin to your own newsletter on the Featured section but I highly recommend you also publish a LinkeDIn newsletter - it can be the same content! Maybe a little less, and then say at the end, for the full newsletter, sign up here...

    • @RaiseYourVisibilityOnline

      I don't think so if it is the header image -but you can change images and content of the actual newsletter in the body

    TLDR: LinkedIn company pages with at least 150 followers can create newsletters to send long-form articles directly to their audience's inbox, and it is important to optimize the newsletter with attractive headlines, images, and regular cadence.
    00:00 📝 To create a LinkedIn company page newsletter, you need at least 150 followers on your page, and the newsletter allows you to send long-form articles directly to your audience's inbox.
    01:18 💡 When creating a newsletter, consider the title and name that will attract your ideal audience or clients, as well as the separate headline for the monthly newsletter.
    01:53 📝 LinkedIn company pages can create newsletters, but the option is only available if the page has at least 150 followers.
    03:17 💡 Choose an interesting and eye-catching title for your HR company page newsletter, decide on a publishing frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), include a description and a square logo (300x300 pixels) in your newsletter.
    04:23 📝 Followers are automatically invited to subscribe to the newsletter on the company page, where you can create individual articles or stick with a monthly newsletter.
    05:03 📝 When creating LinkedIn newsletters for your company page, it is important to write an attractive headline, upload an image, and write in short paragraphs for readability.
    06:25 📝 Optimize your company profile by adding images, bullet points, white space, and a call to action, and make sure to have a regular cadence on your newsletter.
    07:28 📝 LinkedIn newsletters can be published as articles or individual newsletters, with the ability to track statistics such as impressions, engagements, and article views, and you can only create one newsletter per company page.

    Hello Louise,
    I have a question: My company wants to start a newsletter on LinkedIn while keeping the blog we have. The idea is to publish the same articles in both channels. Is this a good practice? what's the best way to combine both channels? Thanks!

    • @RaiseYourVisibilityOnline
      @RaiseYourVisibilityOnline  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It's perfectly fine. In fact we do this in reverse for clients. We just edit the content so it works for both linkedin and the clients blog. Go for it! This is the sort of thing I help companies with BTW.
