  • What's up brother, this video is a little cinematic style to show how I usually take breaks for my mental health by going into nature. I want this to serve as inspiration for you and to motivate you to self improve as always and improve your mental health by taking purposeful soul breaks into nature.
    We were created from nature and we will go back to nature, so of course this is where we feel most comfortable, happy and at home.
