Everyone’s perception is their reality. It’s all in the wording! I agree with Toya, if someone feels a way (regardless if it’s right or wrong) acknowledging their feelings is the first step towards resolution. Once you acknowledge that and validate a persons feelings you can then work towards separating and removing emotions to address FACTS.

I love the conversations. IN MY OPINION....Feelings are variables, which changes all the time. We have to check our own emotions. They are (YOUR, not your partners) human feelings for a reason. Your partner can not make you feel any type of way. If this is the case, our partners can control or dictate our moods by pulling our strings whenever they want, or walk on egg shells, because of how you may react, which means the partner can not be free, but is bound to your emotions, which may change from minute to minute. (roller coaster) Uneasy feelings can come from trauma, hurt, insecurities from relationships from (parents, ex's, etc...) You have to be willing to take accountability and realize those are your own emotions (healthy or unhealthy) that comes from within, and if you feel uneasy or have an unhealthy feeling (rejection, abandoned, etc..), because you have been triggered based on past situation from past experiences. Our partners, can not be our therapist. Emotional trauma is a lot of weight, and that's why it is important to be healed from previous issues before entering into relationships, marriages.. Its unhealthy baggage that's not needed and will bring about issues in the current relationships. Validation doesn't come from your partner that is something that comes from God, and your parents. If two individuals are healed then they are going to know how to treat one another and if patterns get off, they would know how to sit down and have an healthy discussion to lead them back in the direction they are trying to go. To be fair to the other party, you have to not point fingers, move pride out of the way, ANALZYE and HUMBLE "YOURSELF" and be willing to do the work. If not, it will always be an issue and it will surface again, rather you want to admit it or not.
