Or you can search select ea account and then you can search Deligracy, and then you can see all her builds and households she uploads. You can also search a hashtag, I don’t know if deli puts hashtags at her builds. But if tou want a house with a lot of get together stuff tou can search #gettogether. 13 minutes in and you’ve said this was a boring color palette and that it doesn’t have a lot of personality, and this is absolutely my favorite build you’ve done so far. It’s easy access. It’s open and uncluttered. It’s extremely aesthetic. This is by far the most satisfying build and furnishing that I’ve ever witnessed haha. So modern. So uncluttered. The best.
Deli! This is such an amazing contemporary build! It's not too modern, which I like. I'd only change the roof a bit, I don't think a glass roof is the way to go for the cinema room, but I love that you put one above the dining room bar, I think having a glass roof over all the hallway space would be awesome! Having a bathroom accessible for the deck in the back is a great idea and would probably be something you could expect if this was a real build. Overall I really get luxury beach holiday vibes from this. I'm actually glad they haven't patched in island counters yet, that counter you made with the waterfall countertop and the wicker drawers looks so nice and modern! Oh yeah, the teenage girls room, the pink gotta go, I'd change that up (I actually don't mind the watermelon colour for this!) and overhaul it a bit to make it feel more like a lived in teenager room. Oh and the curtains by the parents' fireplace would look nice in the same blue as the other side of the room. But overall I really REALLY like it and it is probably the one house I'd download were I wouldn't have to change too much at all. I'm looking forward to having my Sims use that awesome deck and enjoy island living.

i LOVE the colors of the doors that matches the bookcase this is the best update yet for that swatch of the door only (weird thing to say, i know, but it’s all i could focus on the whole build)

Love the build! I think to get them paintings you get your sim to paint a “realism painting” and it brings up the phone/camera to take a picture in game and they paint whatever you take a photo of. And then you can hang them on the wall, they can turn out really great sometimes!💕
This is by far the most authentic and interesting audio commentary of yours that I’ve come across. When I’m binge watching these build videos while I play at home, it’s nice to have dialogue running in the background that feels closer to a conversation than most build commentaries. More like this please! If you think about the kind of people who play sims, we probably are all drawn to storytelling in some respect, so commentary with the element of storytelling fits well with your demographic right?
Hell yea I'd live in a mansion. The extra space for a full craft room, an gaming/entertainment room, and extra bedrooms for friends and family visiting? Hell yea. But my fiance and I are also pretty lowkey, so we'd be happy living in something much less... extravagant. I think we'd rather bank the cost of a place like that.

I’m useless at building, especially roofing! I also put furniture in first and then gauge the size of the room which suits. Love all your builds ❤️

I believe those paintings you thought you were cc are actually paintings sims paint in-game on the easel but they’re not available in build/buy!
I believe they are actually a mod that gives more options for your sim to paint. When the sim paints, becomes an actual part of the game, so isn't cc.
