Love your fancy toilet. Tell Jim, there's a time limit on the toilet & no reading material allowed😂. Great job Ladley 👏🏾👏🏾🥰.
Bahahah!🚽🚜 thanks for watching!
MAKING AN OL FORD TRACTOR GREAT AGAIN.
🇺🇸🚜🇺🇸🚜
Now that was an educational episode!
I learned that Jim washes his hands after going potty.
I learned that Ladley has grown old enough to start earning her keep and being handy.
I learned about diesel injectors. How they work and how to replace them. I also learned to think twice before buying an old tractor.😂
I like seeing the dog and what he does. I live alone and have a friend that cares for my lawn and I don’t garden because I have gardening neighbors. I plant flowers and play with my dogs. Men have difficulty getting rid of things. Before my husband died he told people I hoarded things. It took me several days just to clean his stuff out of the room where I craft and sew. I haven’t even started on the barn. Who knows, there may be something I need out there.
It’s wonderful the way you both include Ladly in what you are doing! I love your channel!
Thank you so much!
Lol Jim watching a papermaker use a Cresent wrench is amazing lol after 39 years on a paper machine my hands only fit channel locks lol but you doing a great job and enjoy watching your videos.
Too fun and so true Pat! Thank you very much for watching!
Love this entire video. Squirrel, Ladly, Fixin stuff. Thank you for making my day better
You are so welcome!
Should be a copper crush washer, I’m thinking! Good thing you have Lydia with small hands and fingers! lol 😂 Lydia to the rescue, on the stuck washer! lol 😂 😂
Thanks for Those Pearls of Wisdom 💯
💜🙏✝️
❤️❤️❤️
You should have him paint your tractor pink. That will give it the Barbie feeling you need for your tractor.
Best thing about your new toilet is it never leaves the seat up. 😂
YES!!!
As for the paint for the old tractor, knock the rust down a bit and clear coat it. It would look really cool.
Thanks!!
you guy's have quite the little girl there love her smile
She’s the best ❤️
Cant wait to see this tractor finished in episode 112 of the restoration. Haha, great job,
😂😂😂😂
The alligator teeth look awesome! I hope ya'll get the tractor running!
I hope so too!
I fed the wild squirrels peanuts at my house as a kid. We had a cat that when it wanted to get back inside would jump up on the screen door and hang there to get our attention. One time my Mom heard the cat jump on the screen and she opened the door to let the cat in without looking (she had her eyes glued on her soap opera) and the squirrel I had been feeding waltzed on in, she screamed, the squirrel ran up the drapes, fun was had by all. Smart squirrel, must have scoped out what the cat had been doing.
I would CLR that tractor and then coat it with the wipe on flat clear. It looks like it's supposed to. That Polish socket set is why you need to save the old parts since you'll break new one with it.
Awesome! Thanks for the advice
I had raised a squirrel (Rocky Flyer) as you are. Little girl, you will regret it. Protect yourself, your child because ya'll will be in a world of hurt! PRO TIP...When you are ready to release the critters, it's best to let'em go as far away from home as possible.
That little girl of urs is as cute as a butten love seeing her grow
Thank you Carol!
Sneaking in a midweek video took me by surprise.
Y’all will get it and that tractor will run forever.
Thanks Ray!
Ladley makes me laugh every time I see her! She is such a darling!
She’s such ham!❤️
Yeah, they will have to be bled, a little! Lydia did a good job on the gators teeth, Jim! 👌🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Definitely need to get a rain cap for the muffler, Jim! If it had that much water in it, you definitely should’ve changed the oil my friend! We’re only human my friends, you’ll get it the next time brother! Thanks for sharing Lydia and Jim! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👌🏻👍🏻👍🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🙋🏼✌🏻✌🏻
Great video, and enjoyed the words of wisdom at the end🤔☺️👍
Glad you enjoyed it!!
Lydia is there anything that you won't do? I love seeing you smile. What was that grout stuff again? You are one impressive woman. Jim you are one lucky man to have a wonderful, beautiful, and talented woman as Lydia as your partner. Blessings yall. James from Washington state
Now that is a cool toilet (if a toilet can be cool). Yep, the gator needed teeth. Good luck with the tractor. Have a good week.
Thanks, you too!
Another great video. Loved watching Ladly get upset at her Bike for falling over. The new injectors look nice. Sorry about the milky oil. Have fun changing that head gasket. It's just more fun turning a wrench. Thanks for the update. Oh yeah, nice new toilet too!
Bathroom is pretty amazing excellent job. Glad to see the little Ford coming together. Jim's talk at the end reminds me of Teddy Roosevelt Man in the Arena speech, if you're not familiar with it Google it, it is great little speech. Have a great week 😊.
We will look it up Steve! 🥳
Ladly rue has already learned those heart winning smiles and antics that her mommy has so perfected ,,,ohhhh and that hair ,,looking just like momma,,,beautiful and flagrantly captivating,,,my my my ,,Jim you the luckiest man in the world.
She’s getting so big so quick!👸
The squirrels 🐿️ are looking so cute ❤ And the squirrel is coping a feel on Lydia 😅 That’s one flush toilet 😮❤ Have we ever seen the old red tractor that was between the Old Ford’s? 😮 Jim’s junkyard is another man’s treasure Lydia, don’t throw anything away 😅 blown head gasket 😮 Until the next video 😊❤
Thanks for sharing and good luck fixing the tractor
Thanks 👍
Love that little squirrel. I don’t want to get attached though. My favorite channel just lost their dog. He lived a long wonderful life but I just cried. I felt he was mine.
I’m so sorry to hear!
Was the dog called Kenji?
We loved Kenji!
Hang in there brother, I feel ya! You must be related to my family. My father always told me, "That if there wasn't for bad luck the C*** Family would have no luck at all. Love your channel because of your family's humor and down-home lifestyle. You are an inspiration to my family. God Bless.
Your nails match your bathroom tiles, pretty!😊
I literally walked to the bathroom tiles & looked. You nailed it!💅💚✅🍀
When I was a young boy, a mechaninc told me my old motor the head gasket take aluminum spray paint and spray it and put it back on.
When it's tacky. And torque it down it add Thicker layer to the gasket
My Wife says put the Damn toilet seat down... Don't worry Jim you got that covered !!!
🤣🤣🤣 this toilet has you covered!
👍👍😃🤴JIM
You go 👸 Lydia, a mechanic too , that's amazing!! 👍😃
Sha little Ladly, you can do it!! 😃
Cajun Family Rocks
Thank you Thomas!!♥️
😇Your Daughter is so precious😇
Thank you Connie!
Hi y'all, great to see the squirrel is doing well and ladly is having a blast with her bike.
Don't know anything about diesel but it seemed like you were on the right track until the oil came out into the pan. The moment I knew you had to start over. Make sure the block and head are not warped..
Never heard that expression, "Summer Teeth". Summer are there and summer are not!
Ladly is gonna make a great Cajun farm girl. She's learning so much already. She does need a playmate though.
WOW what a fancy toilet looks like the one on Bob’s Burger 🤣 later y’all.❤️😎🇺🇸
Hahaha😂😂😂 thanks for watching!
Hi y'all. What a great video. Sorry things are not going well with that old tractor.remins me of my younger days 😮lol. You have some great helpers. Have a great week. 👍👍👍❤❤❤.
Thank you for watching Larry! One more thing for us to learn! No biggie!🚜
Love your channel 😊 that little girl is adorable 🥰 thanks 😊
😊 thank you
Loved Ladly at the end. So adorable.
What are the plans for the squirrels? They sure are cute.
We will release them back into the wild when they are full grown 😀
Poor Jim ,back to square one with the tractor 😁
Tell me about it!!
@@CajunCountryLivin it's a diamond in the ruff that tractor, 👸 Lydia, cheaper than a new I'm guessing 😁.
Have a wonderful day and week.
@@CajunCountryLivinI don't want to jinx you. But those little ford's are bad about cracking blocks when they over heat.
I was happy to see yall posted today just got home from work eating dinner and watching y’all’s new video thanks for the entertainment ❤
Awesome!! We love to get extra videos out when we can! 🍿❤️
Very fancy 👏👏
Thanks!!
Seeing you work on that little Ford tractor (made by Shibaura tractor in Japan) really brought back memories. I had a red Shibaura looked just like it. I remember first trying to find parts for it until I found out the Ford parts worked on it. It was a good little tractor I used in the forest I had in Macoupin County Illinois a few years ago. I love watching your videos. I'm looking forward to the next visit to Illinois. I'm planning on going to Lydia's dad's place to eat in Springfield. Keep going!
Just take Jim outback and fire up the old pressure washer LOL
🧼🚿
All three of you had me laughing on this video
Lydia with her
"end" jector"comment.
Jim with his " It looks the same so it must be the same"
And Ladly on her bike.😊
Jim
I've rebuilt several car engines in my life.
Always seemed like when you figure out one thing you find something else wrong.
But I was determined I was going to make it work. And I did.
I'm confident you're going to get the tractor going.
I like your words of advice at the end.
So I purpose to try one new thing or something I've always wanted to do to each day.
Thanks
💗💗 CCL 🥇🥇
💛💛💛
You all are a hoot
😁😁😁
Ohh no!😂
You just need a motor running hootis
RIGHT!!
A most excellent episode. I love the way y'all just jump in together and get r done. I'm excited to see the progress on the tractor. I wonder what color it'll be before it's done.
Thanks so much!
Jimbo! Keep hold of those injectors, if you can get hold of an ultrasonic cleaner, chuck them in it and see if the reason they’re not sealing is because of buildup from carbon and the engine rusting shut… that way you’ve got yourself a ‘free’ set of spares!!
Now Jim if they made that same toilet with a tree growing up out of it ,,,I’d be right at home. Lol
🤣🤣🤣🤣
What a very pleasant morning surprise! You, Lydia, and your little squirrel friend are just adorable!
(And, of course, so is Jim with his tractor).
It looks like the tractor may have a cracked head. You can have it checked out before putting it back on. They can magna flux it and make sure to check it for warping as well.
Good morning, CCL. I'M from PIERRE Part, Louisiana. Love your videos.
Hi neighbor!👋
@@CajunCountryLivin my family name, Metrejean.
basically required an engine change lol, basically rub that paint back for paint for after you get it running well, the cost in time on that engine sets so many other projects back still on the list
Here’s a quick thought, double seal your shop slab before doing any work on it to keep from getting oil stains. And great job on everything so far!
Great point!
Okay, I am 60 years old and have been doing service plumbing for 40 years. I have not installed a toilet like that! I hope it lasts! New stuff like that, I am very slow to like, use, or want. I need proof of time to see that it works and lasts. About that tractor...let's git'er dun!!!
Jim, you are a far better man than me!! When I pulled the drain plug and saw that oil.... well lets just say I woulda needed a head gasket and a new crescent wrench cuz I woulda chucked that thing so far my grandkids wouldnt be able to find it.. 🤣🤣 Im enjoying watching YOU work on that thing though so keep it up. Really looking forward to seeing the pearly whites on the crocagator in the bathroom too. Great video as always. See ya next time!!!
when you pull the head take a straight edge to the block to see if it warped from heat !
Great work again!!!
Thanks again!
Jim, good on ya! Most would throw in the towel. Perseverance and dedication is truly the only way goals are achieved. 💪
Thank you Thomas!!🔥
Grass is going crazy here too! I thought yall had two squirrels Lydia?
Hi! We do. 😁🐿️🐿️ I get one out at a time or they will get crazy! lol.
A couple that shit talks together, stays together!!
You have two Tractors, the New one is Red, the Old one is Blue..
Just need to add a White one, to make it Red White & Blue Trio-ctor.
Saw a 901 Ford tractor that was rebuilt with cylinder head and block milled, would not run, raw fuel coming out of exhaust. They went back in and milled pistons, fixed problem ran fine after that.
Talkin bout that paint job on that tractor....I just used a sponge roller and Rustoleum paint and painted my sons old Honda civic. They sell Ford tractor Blue Rustoleum paint also..hey,,if you can dry poor you can paint that tractor..you should see this car I painted,,it looks great if I must say...Instead of a $1500.oo professional paint job ,it cost me $40.00,,and I ordered stripes and silver tapes from TEMU..They have Ford stickers too..
Always love seeing Lad in your vids…I mean the rusty blue Ford tractor is a piece of history, but Lad was the STAR of today’s episode…Many thanks for sharing…IAG, eh!!! 🤗🇨🇦
She sure was! Thanks for watching!🚜
I've been accumulating tools all my life. When I had every American std wrench, they switched almost everything to Metric system. I still use a GOOD adjustable wrench for a lot of things. Good luck on that head gasket but you are going to need tools. PS Love the black floor title grout, love Ladly Rue too.
Love the advice about trying something outside my comfort zone. Tried it. Didn't go to plan. Do ya'll have a Bail Creation Hootis? Asking for a friend ... 😁🤣 BTW, loved seeing that bit of Ladly sass. It's hell on parents but will serve her well once harnessed properly! Strong little lady growing up right there.
Just sand it down a little bit and put a clear on it and you got a nice petite job.
Was thinking the same thing. Love that old patina look.
🎨🖌️
I would suggest checking for a head gasket leak as that oil looks like it has coolant in it and I have seen that far too many times .
Love the ending with your daughter tipping her sun glasses so cute, lol
She’s a goof! Always keeps us laughing
Nice to see Nutz the squirrel has made his way to Georgia. Anywhere there's a twirl-a-whirl bird feeder and bird seed.
🐿️🐿️🐿️
Injectors can be rebuilt Lydia. Jim...that tractor could be becoming a money and time pit.
Well you can always change the color of the tractor, maybe some hot pink,or play it safe and go with ford blue, but some flames on the side, now that’s custom,,,lol😂
YES!!😂🤣
The tracter rust is called PETINA!
🤣🤣🤣
Be sure you check the head for cracks. The damage may have already been done before you started. And BTW you need to get that starter taken care of while your at. Lmao 😊
Love the the tiny attitude. Yup, since my big brother died a few years ago, i have had to learn to work on my vehicle on my own.
So sorry to hear about your brother. ♥️
@@CajunCountryLivin Thank you. ❤❤❤
Yea yea 🎉😁👏👏👏👏
Excited this morning to see y'all!!!
Us too!😀🎈🎉
@@CajunCountryLivin 💖💛
I'm with Jim on the tractor. Love bringing old things back to life. Hopefully the blown head gasket didn't cause any damage to the new pistons and rings, or scar up the piston walls. It will make a good little tractor when you get it lined out.
Nice surprise to get a video today!
Hope you enjoyed it!
Loved seeing how big the squirrel is getting x
Getting so so big!
Hi Lydia and Jim. I enjoyed watching the squirrel crawling all over you Lydia. They have gotten so big and are very cute. Loved the darker stain on the grout and adding the teeth as an accent! Seeing Ladly Rue so much was a special treat. She is getting big and is such a cutie pie! I loved watching her unhook the chains and helping you Lydia, taking out the injectors once loose. It is so good that you are exposing her to all that happens on the homestead and she seems more than willing to get involved. She's going to grow up into a talented and skilled young woman just like her mama. The shot of Lydia and Ladly working together real close and slightly from above (11:25 - 11:29), would make a great still shot that should be framed IMO. Lydia, there will always be a spot for you and Ladly in our shop. As soon as I saw the chocolate milk coming out of the oil drain, and then the foam on the top, I knew the head gasket was out. Should have been replaced when the engine was apart to free up the pistons. Jim, I thought the philosophical session at the end was great and I agree 100% with your comments. Y'all have a great week ahead, my favorite cajun family!! ❤❤ Larry, Central Valley, Ca.
You said just about everything I was athinkn'. thx.. I love these folks.
Those old "pop" injectors rarely fail. The pump is where most trouble starts. If it was pitted in the barrel you will get excess fuel per stroke but that is not a real issue compared to low volume. I use a temperature gun to check the exhaust temp. You will see a spike in EGT long before engine temp goes up. Retard pump timing if possible until it has a hard cold start then advance a little. Best of luck, and BTW, you are a diesel mechanic...now.
You need to remove that piece of sheet metal from in front of the radiator. Shouldn’t run hot after that.
Was able to fill in another square on today's Bingo card, someone used the word hiney.
🤣😂 I had to do it! lol.
Sweet littile disposition . Who does she get it from ? We just love Ladlee . I miss my little girls . Head gasket . Better luck next time . Seeya
man, timing is everything and unfortunately my timing is bad 😀we're doing a bathroom reno and just recently purchased a Toto wall hung toilet for the same price as this one with all the fancy stuff! Oh well, maybe for the next one we'll have to check these out! Great video, hope you guys have a great week!
For our next bathroom we might have to try out one of those wall hung Toto ones! I love the idea of that!
@@CajunCountryLivin With three teenage boys, I wish we had done this a long time ago 😆🍁
I have a Ford 1210 that hasn't run in years. Watching this almost put me in the mood to go work on it. Then I saw the "milky oil" and the mood passed, thank God!! 😂 Thinking positive thou, is it possible this milky oil is from the first head gasket change or did you change the oil then?🤔
Yeah, just get the proper tools, dang it! You just need some slapstick comedy going on, Jim needs some sense slapped onto him, LOL!😊
😂😂😂😂
After your toilet power washes your beehind, does it blow warm air on it to dry it off too?
Yes!🤣🤣
👍🏻👍🏻
😁😁
Clear coat that tractor and call it a rat tractor. (Rat rod) lol
🤣🤣🤣
