Oh Pegi ❤ I am 65 yo and I take a water aerobics class every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at the YMCA. We are moving in the pool for one hour each class 🥳. I love it!!! 🏊🏻♀️ 🏊🏻♀️🏊🏻♀️🥳🥳
Hi Pegi, my last dog was a small Yorkie that I was blessed to get for free. His name was Bo. His original owner was ill and was placed in a nursing facility. His wife didn’t want Bo and was willing to give him away. I was looking for a small dog after my husband passed away. Bo was a wonderful, loyal pet. He was three years old when I got him. Bo passed away in 2021 at the age of 13. Yorkies make excellent companions. Thanks for recommending Game of Thrones to us. It was awesome and I watched all 8 seasons in less than two weeks, since I’m a retired senior citizen. Stay blessed. ❤

Oct 1 we will have our rescue Yorkie for 3 years. She has been the best companion for my husband and I since we are now have a empty nest. Our Mylee rarely barks, uses potty pad if we aren't home otherwise she loves the outdoors, tolerates baths and the groomer says she's the best. I wonder why we didn't get a yorkie when our kiddos were little. Love the adventures with yall.

I agree with Pegi about taking care of your health. You have to look for other things than food. You have to push yourself to stay healthy. Stay the course Pegi and Donald.
Pegi I’m so glad your are exercising. You are right about life be life-ing. When things are on your mind, pounds creep up and move in. I gained so much weight after I broke my ankle and at the same time I was going through menopause. Not being able to walk really depressed me. I couldn’t walk far after my rehabilitation. The weight had me huffing and puffing. I work from home so I had to make my house the gym. I ride my stationary bike M-Th and I go walking as much as I can on the weekends. So far I lost 20 pounds and I cut back on all the foods that TASTE good. Try not to stress. I’m guilty of that. I noticed it was making me feel anxious and weird. I took your advice about keeping busy. I’m getting back to crafting. I let it go and I regret it. I turned 55 on August 5th and I went to hobby lobby and bought some chunky yarn to make a blanket without using the crochet needles. I’m using my hands. I saw the dollhouses but I don’t have anywhere to put in so I’m going to try the room. Did you get a chance to finish yours? Thanks for sharing.

Hey Pegi , we were just in Florida when the hurricane came, we were at fort Pierce I-95 , stayed at the hotel there before heading to our cruise on Carnival Sunrise, August 5th thru the 10th, the hurricane missed us, glad you guys are ok
Keep working out, I know Don is proud of you. I had to take a week off from the gym when I got sick. But now I’m back. There is nothing better than strength training for the ladies and men over 50. Keep moving! Mother and I made it through the tropical storm Debbie, here in NC. Keep smiling, talking and having a good time.
I had a yorkie and she lived for 16 years. Perfect companion. Yes they are expensive ... but such lovable dogs. They don't shed because they have hair not fur! 🩷
My brother in law likes to fish. He said recently he stopped tho. He said the last time he went in the evening( tidal change) there were guys out there a bout 100 yds back with binoculars watching them . He said the next time he went those same guys had their cars parked so you couldn’t get to the spot And they had like high tech lighting, illuminating the water plus more. Only in Texas!!lol.
The beach is my happy place since I've gotten older. I go to sleep to sounds of the ocean. I am down 25 lbs since May due to drastically reducing my sugar, white flour and licca intake. Didn't even exercise. I went through a eczema flare. My gut was in poor health. In Rhode Island the same thing happened with the dragon flies. I don't like em. Lol When I was a kid one landed on the truck my grandfather was driving. I jumped on his neck 😂. He was so calm. He threw it out the window. Lol I love the soup with the kale and sausage. We don't have one anymore 😢. Yes Texas Roadhouse. Miss the rolls. Have to be careful now . Gluten free life. Is hard. Moscato at Olive garden is so nice and sweet.

Keep up the good work you just don’t know you just motivated a lot of women and men and the dragonflies is a spiritual. It’s your ancestors and the people that have passed on is them so just take it all in the dragonflies they’re wonderful if you can’t get pictures of them all different colors.😊😊😊😊

I have been watching vanlifers and am considering it. I follow winterisblu and I watch lulu's way and they both seem to be enjoying van life
