YES! Yes, I am. Once I pass the CompTIA A+ exam next week, I'll be reaching out to you to help me with my entry-level CV for tech. From 12 yrs of nursing to no experience in tech, I have NO idea what to put on it 😳
Good video definitely enjoyed listening to this. Currently scheduled to take Security+ mid February. I will be honest in this industry learning the material for the Security+ is right much, but I will continue to Trust God and what he’s doing. There’s no giving up, whatever area of Tech God leads me to, because there are plenty of areas to pursue in, I’ll be satisfied.🙏
@@Yorubapraises since you are a nurse i would suggest trying to pivot into healthcare tech possibly via EHR. If you know who the super user is at your job that can be start to possibly pivoting but feel free to book a session as well :)
@@TechTualChatter so this will be my first time transitioning over to the tech field. I have an associates degree in business management, but don’t have experience in the tech industry. I will have vouchers for the A+, and Security+, I’ll be taking the Security+ first, but I do know that the better would be to take the A+ to get that foundational knowledge, the program I was in class was taught more on Security+ side of things more than the A+.
Are you still trying to get into cybersecurity?

Yw!
I am almost 40 and I will say hybrid or remote is better for me. I don't like people and office politics/drama.
I definitely appreciate this video! Good story telling of what to look forward when going into IR.
Thanks for tuning in 😉
