Why people are so annoyed by this kind of video? We almost dont have bike lanes and we cant go on side walks cause thats for pedestrians. It is basically a motorcycle. Should just be wearing a helmet.
If ride like that here in the philippines people will call you as "jempoy" it means not wearing a helmet while riding and too much of doing skid without reason.
If you suffer knee problems riding a fix gear you’re either riding a gear too high you aren’t ready/built for and shouldn’t be riding a massive ratio. Or you have a incorrect fit with a saddle to low but likely it’s too high. Fixed gear doesn’t automatically give you knee problems, ride correctly!
cycling helmets are pushed by the car lobby to make cycling less attractive to the masses and take the onus of safety off the cause of the accidents; multi-ton fossil fuel propelled metal boxes going much faster than cyclists, driven by assholes looking at porn on their mobile phones or doing their makeup in the mirror. granted, in this instance the cyclist is clearly just as much of a asshole, but at least his lightweight bike cant do much damage to anyone else. helmets only help in very minor collisions where they are likely of little benifit. trouble is, a bit of thin polystyrene isnt going to help when the driver of an suv with a turbocharged v8 engine going at warp speed 'didnt see you mate, sorry'
I don't get why people get cocky, he's just riding a bicycle on the road, okay brakeless but he knows how to control a brakeless bike. Brakeless isn't that dangerous if you're not a crazy freak that races through everything without looking what could happen next

I find the Panarcer Ridmo tire best for skidding. The rubber is very thick and durable and the tire is cheap.
