9:57 She's talking about Enemy of the State from 1998! It's a fabulous movie!! Gene Hackmen, Will Smith, Jon Voight, Lisa Bonet, Jason Lee, Scott Caan, Jack Black....SO GOOD! Basically it's the story of a guy who is in the wrong place at the wrong time and learns something a lot of people don't want anyone to know about! It involves people in government deeply misusing their positions of power and then trying to cover it up.
There's only one thing like this that has made me feel old. In my teen years in the late 80's/early 90's, there was a radio station that billed itself as an oldies station and played 50's, 60's, and some 70's. Today, that station plays 80"s and 90's! It doesn't call itself the oldies but it's still the same time differential as back then.
Ha I feel the same way... it bothered me when they started playing 80s on the oldies stations... when they started playing 90s I was like THIS IS A TRAVESTY.

My older brother had the hugest crush on Danica McKellar and Tiffani Theissen, even to this day! Its also kinda funny too cause his son (my nephew) found his old VHS recordings of Saved By the Bell and Wonder Years and watched a couple episodes and now he has a crush on Danica and Tiffani lol

So, I think we need an episode about plastic surgery lol. There were people praised for not having any that definitely have... but that's a common issue, people still think JLo and Tom Cruise haven't. Cruise was estimated to have about $620,000 worth of procedures by Lorry Hill, and some celebs that look totally natural have had more.
They should have done Anthony Michael Hall. He's great and I love seeing him in things, and he doesn't look bad for his age, but it's weird seeing him older.

I am 60-years old, and none of these made ME feel old. I feel very sorry for Rourke - just too many bad decisions. I'll admit I did have a man-crush on James Spader, but from the movie "Tuff Turf." I was surprised Wynona wasn't shown in "Stranger Things," as a contrast to her younger self. I may be the odd man out, but I really hate it when the REACTORS feel like they have to poo-poo anyone who is Conservative. Other than that, I enjoyed all of the different REACTions. Great Memories!
At 54, looking at pictures of people from the 80s doesn't make me feel old. Next time you try this, you should present them with items from the 70s/80s and then say how old the item is. Things like a Commodore Vic-20, an 8 track tape cassette, leg warmers, a cheesecloth shirt, jelly shoes, Roos trainers, a piano tie etc. Stuff like that.

Judging by this episode, you could say I'm Gen X, because I was born in early '80s. Generations are more closely defined in my area, so I always just miss it, falling into Millennial. I always found myself relating to a bunch of Gen X qualities though, and this episode also validated it as I knew a good portion of the things, so thank you.

Why do some folks insinuate that if you accept and embrace your old age (over 50), and you’re not trying to look young by dying your hair and/or getting Botox/plastic surgery, that you’ve “given up”? Equating youth with looking good and old with not. This type of mentality seems to be especially prevalent in places like Southern California. There’s nothing worse than when old people are ageist against other old people. I guess that’s kind of testament to how ingrained and prevalent ageism is our society, sadly

I wan't moar gen X videos. We've lived through the best transition and we're so ignored. We've got so much important wisdom to drop... like what is the best pop culture of the 80s and 90s... what was it like to not have video games but to know they existed. What was it like to wait for the year 2000 and KNOW it was going to be super IN THE FUTURE. And then have it really suck. What is it like to have learned to hate labels and miss flannel being in style... but also still give zero fucks and try to crack the ultimate code of giving negative fucks.

I will be 50 in May. My crushes were always grown women from my early childhood like Lynda Carter (Wonder Woman) and Jaclyn Smith (Charlie's Angels), that is until seeing the movie, The Outsiders. I still to this day have a crush on Diane Lane.

These were mostly 80s crushes, some of whose most notable work extended into the early/mid 90s. The exception was Leo whose height of crush status was around 1996/1997. Where are the other 90s crushes?! Danielle Fishel, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Jonathan Taylor Thomas, Freddie Prinze Jr, etc!

What makes me feel old is finding out famous people who are younger than me are in their thirties. Like I remember when Taylor Swift was fifteen a few years ago. Or Emma Watson.
Yeah, and I feel even weirder like when someone is in their 40s but I'm SURE they must be older than me... because like... Hollywood aging. Here are a few that have freaked me out: Joe Manganielllo, John Green, John Cena -- how tf is John Cena younger than me???
