I was working on that train 35 years ago they were call 904 leaving St-Luc yard in Montréal and 903 leaving Newport. Richford used to be the U.S Border. I remember the old bunk room where we used to sleep. That is great memories thank you for the vid...
I'm telling ya, I was born too late! These videos are just fantastic! Thank you, Mr. Ouellette, where ever you are, for filming these excellent videos.
great job, brings back memories of Alco's, how they could burble and smoke. what a treat to see the hack back as part of the consist, and you know best part????? No damn grafitti spread over everything
Greetings from Columbus,oh! Awesome vids man! Love watching them! What An interesting railroad division you guys had up there lol. Love all the branch line stuff, crazy how they ran on all that old track that looked like it wouldn't hold ten pounds!!! Lol. Keep them coming!
Hi Steve, Yes the trains still run, however that is all MMA territory now, we were there in November and not much was happening. After the big derailment, not too much is going on, we did see a local headed for Farnum but we lost it. Craig
The good old days, before all of that stupid graffiti began surfacing and plaguing rail cars all over the place these days. So what happens when these spray vandals run out of railcars to deface? What will they go after next, locomotives? Graffiti gotta go. Do it someplace else, not on the rail cars.

@nhrrman I think cpkc is running the 120 and 121 trains on that line now.
Love them Alco s
Do those lines still exist?
They do indeed! However, the Central Maine and Quebec Railways owns the line now, and the traffic is no longer as heavy as it was.
I’ve always thought it’s strange that the line dips North into Canada and back between Newport and Richford, I️ wonder why they did that
great video.
