@@TheKenji2221 Well the Swarm is near endless. They don't care if you kill thousands of them because there is basically always more. And while you kill ten thousand Zerg the rest spread further or attack in a different location. JUST as Serral did there
Yeah I thought the same but more to do with the expansion of the corruption they leave everywhere (the creep)

Reminded me of that episode of Voyager, when they see a bunch of Borg cubes headed their way. You are thinking "oh fuck", but they just go by Voyager without slowing down. That is when you realize something even worse is chasing them.
Make sure to watch the highlights of the second game! It might be even better, with Serral showing off some of his insane macro (100+ drones)

@@StickyRice1 He used to add random matches and repeats on the ends of his clips so people didn't know how long the match would be, but now he's adding the whole best of series, so people might be stopping after the first match having not realised! :)

Serral was the Cerebrate on the orbital platform on Char that killed the 3 fleets from Mengsk, the Protoss, and UED on 2 bases. And he used mass muta

That's gotta be terrifying to see the zerg close in on you in real life.
Nah, zerglings are smaller in size than humans. You can probably kill a few before they swarm you. Now, imagine Zealots charging at you or you see your fellow soldiers sliced into half by invisible DTs.
@@skychaos87 I doubt an unarmed man could take down a single zergling. While they are smaller they're certainly more deadly then most wild animals we've got.
The future is Unity bro no. A marine takes a lot of damage to a single ling, and a regular person isn’t encases in armor and shooting beercan sized bullets. A zergling is essentially an armor dog with 1 foot long claws.
@@mZStarCraft I thought we were marines haha. But yea, being unarmed there's likely no chance against even a single zergling. But maybe we can still struggle for abit if we have an axe or something. I think in real life a zergling would probably be as ferocious as a tiger or something, except maybe its skin is much tougher.

Nothing humiliating about it. These boys are gods at their game. Losing a starcraft match to either of these is like getting beaten up by a professional boxer.

This looks like a campaign mission where Terran has to hold for 20 minutes.

Perhaps future updates should look a little bit at making expanding / holding bases _a bit_ easier (enabling) for protoss and terran (overcharge was probably looking at that as well)

I have no idea how to beat maxed out late game Terran with Thors/tanks/BC's..... but Serral sure as hell fucking does.
The reason that you don't see zerg proxy hatch much is because it takes 25 seconds longer than something like a barracks. It's only useful for prolonged somewhat later attacks like this.

Is it just me, or did battlecruisers look like they were moving faster than normal?
I'm surprised no widow mine at all in the 2nd game.
More widow mines means less tanks, and that means that the roach ravager (Serral's opening) is a lot more dangerous. Widow mines aren't great vs ravagers. So he was forced away from it. And by the time the mutas showed up, he was already starting thor production, which is way better than mines vs mutas, (at this level of gameplay).

Nice to see Serral shake things up. As impressive as it is seeing him defend perfectly and then win late game is, it got boring to watch few months ago.

Thats how you beat any race, you must be as agressive as you can to deny the expands but must not over commit with the attacks
by doing so you can execute a better macro play and win eventually.

11:30 someone tell me how to efficiently and in a reasonable amount of time, assume that formation with my units
Attack some rocks, they line up against the rocks, wait for the rocks to die, and then you have your formation
why is the beginning cut out?
I focus mostly on highlights! So basically the two games together would be 28 minutes+, I cut it down to 16.
Usually I cut out the start plus moments where nothing happens, while still making it possible to understand the full game. I hope this works, or I to piece the important things together.

That is overnerf. Baneling was already nerfed and you still need more? You said it like Banelings didn't die after attack.
It is certainly difficult to tech switch with terran. You have 2 types of balanced play, but you can't effectively tech switch at anytime unless you already have a great advantage.

So yesterday I was playing ranked NA, I'm just platinum 1 but I fight this guy with no rank, named Serral who played Z and really, but I mean really kicked my ass. Within 6 min max. I dunno if it was the real Serral or some dummy account but damn...
still think the visual design of ravagers is terrible. they look much stronger than they actually are.

Basically, if you're maxed out, then take some drones and morph them into buildings, the supply from those drones gets freed up, which allows you to make new units, then you can cancel the buildings and get those drones back, which puts you over the supply limit.
Really ironic how serral starts off the game with one of the most unexpected cheese, only to go full late-game on the next match with more than half the map mined and muta/ling/bane just toying with him. Thats just pure disrespect
It's not disrespect, it's just Serral bleeding his opponent dry. Forcing fights again and and again and again again really hurts a Terran's economy.
