Your music is so nice and inspiring. The whole instrument springs to life by the way you patch it (the vibratos, the oscillator mixing) and also by the way you play it (beautiful chords and fantastic arpeggios) !

I normally use my Freak with my MPC but I'm looking for something a bit smaller to take with me when I go to the hospital with my Mini for drums. I have a fundamental misunderstanding that you might be able to help me with -- is there a "base sound" of the instrument so that I can begin my sound experiments from a common starting point, or is the process to explore the presets until I find something close and make a copy for further tweaking? It is indeed the Impact. I’ve never tried the drumbrute but I’m very happy with the sound of the impact and the way it sits in the mix :)

I had a microfreak a while ago and sold it... I think I might need to get one of these.
This is definitely a microfreak on steroids. Hopefully they'll implement a similar update as the microfreak to get sampler capabilities!

hey thanks! If you press and hold the preset knob then it will create an init patch, which is just a single saw tooth wave I think :)
