Dustins game plan in the last fight was absolutely spot on, get a takedown early to make Conor think, counter the left straight with a check right hook and then compromise Conor with a constant attack of leg kicks, there’s no better gameplan Dustin can conjure up in the third bout, and now Conor knows his weaknesses he has the upper hand to strategise counters. As well as this, although conors boxing looked extremely fast and sharp, that was the most one dimensional I’ve seen him fight in his whole career, only looking to land his piston left, almost no feinting, little to no kicks, he made dustins life so easy all he had to worry about was the left straight, a complete contradiction to their first bout. If Conor brings more weapons into this fight, the lead side kick, stabbing front kick spinning back kick and the head kicks he’s gonna give Dustin way more to think about and beable to force him into his left much easier.

I'd say that Conor also needs to utilise his kicks a lot more than the previous fight, his kicks are more varied and powerful than Poirier so it will help him to maintain the distance. When Conor did land a leg kick last fight it nearly dropped Dustin. The fluid movement needs to return (even if the added weight does affect this). Your story is inspiring and the work u put in is just fueling me to go work day in and day out so thank you for just even being alive your an amazing person
Yeah I mean he simps for mcgregor on his personal channel, but then when he goes on bt sport debate about this completely changes his position. People saying this was the worst Conor we ever seen would literally be saying this was the best Conor we seen if Conor instead of taking an involuntary nap put Poirier to sleep. People are just sleeping on how good Poirier actually is now, and rationalizing it somehow when Poirier is just more durable and a really good fighter. Literally compare Poitiers recent career to conors...conors lost half his last 6 fights not even including his loss to mayweather and Poirier has fought 7 ufc champion fighters, losing to only khabib and beating 6 other ufc champs. He’s fought more ufc champs since coming to lw then non champs and mcgregor last win was to who? A dinosaur in cowboy lol...and who was mcgregor trying to have a main event fight booked with after cowboy? A 39 year old non ranked Diego Sanchez. The dudes had a amazing career...and his fw run was amazing even his win over Eddie but he’s fallen off..and Poirier win lose or draw on Saturday is still literally light years ahead of mcgregor in terms of recent success and lw careers
I think Feints could be big for Dustin, if he can get Conor to focus on the hands then slips kicks in when he isn’t expecting it we could see a repeat of the last fight.

I agree 100% about there not being a plan. I think Conor thought he would get in and get out and move on.
We with u boss fook those posts criticizing u❤️
Wow your analysis was refreshing for this channel. I’m glad you’re willing to grow as an analyst. Subscribed.
i hope geordie collabs with WADE sometime
aka the W.A.D.E concept
That's called character development......
Respect geordie
As a McGregor fan I really hope he redeems himself here, gonna be a tough fight and if he loses I’m afraid he has to hang up the gloves.
doesn't necessarily have to but idk if there is much way back
Your story is inspiring and the work u put in is just fueling me to go work day in and day out so thank you for just even being alive your an amazing person
He's got millions and he still fights he's definitely a fighter it's just how much dose he want it now, not sure really.
my god ! what an analysis mate!hats of.this is the first video of urs i saw and man im impressed! so much knowledge gained
I feel like he’s undermining how good Dustin Poirer really is
He doesn’t know what he’s talking about....changes his mind every other week
Yep, DP is the best lightweight in the world
I think Feints could be big for Dustin, if he can get Conor to focus on the hands then slips kicks in when he isn’t expecting it we could see a repeat of the last fight.
