** THIS IS JUST FOR INFORMATION USE ONLY** THIS SYSTEM WAS REPLACED BY PECRON AT NO CHARGE TO ME*** Defective cell causes e 3600 lfp to lose 50% of its usable capacity.
@@markhunt6573 thanks for the comment. I no longer have this particular system. I feel like I tried everything short of taking it apart. The one they replaced it with is working perfectly.
I do this as well with my E3600. After it reads 100% I can still read grid power watts coming in. It gets less and less til finally reads 0 watts charging. Good, important video, this. Thanks!
@@glennbeal5710 I was concerned too. I could not find any info on people’s experience with defective units. That is one of the reasons I made this public. When it came down to it, they stood behind there product and replaced the defective unit… after I showed them that video. The unit I have now is working great. I am very satisfied 😁. I hope your unit is great great right out the box.
Have you tried to drain the battery and then charge back up…I left mine charging for few hours after it said 100% and then it leveled out.

@@glennbeal5710 I had my unit replaced too for fan problems. It too awhile to get the replacement, but everything good now
@@re-thinkthis4880 did you have to pay send in the defective unit for them to diagnose or perhaps you were less than 3 months from purchase date?
@@markhunt6573 how was that process? Were you 3 months or less from purchase date?
@@timmccall8318 it was about 5 months after purchasing. But problems started after 2 months. They paid postage both ways.
