Nice lesson! Now I understand better how I’ve been playing funk all these years lol. Seriously though funk and R&B is predominantly right hand. Curious what that guitar is you’re playing?

hey mark. techie question here. how low in millimeters is your action at the 1st and 12th frets! I got my guitar setup by a technician but I think I could go lower!
    love the vids

i have a question, how do we know what note to play when we play a song with chord progression?
    Thanks for the great lessons.

You just have to know the scales used in the progression. If you learn/memorize your pentatonic scales and all that junk, you can just put it together

Mark do I just pay the once subscription for Jamorama and get the tutorials for this style of playing? Or is there further payments for different lessons after subscription.

Hi Mark. I’m a paid member at Jamorama and its a one time payment. You can go on the website and look at all the courses before you pay. I looked at all the big, online courses and, IMO, Mark the Guitar Guy has the best deal by far. Not the most content but by the time I learn the main courses on Jamorama, I’ll be ready to tackle anything.

    Hey Martin, great video.
I'm having trouble muting the strings I'm not playing in my left hand while picking out notes to solo. Any advice?

God loves you all! The Father sent the Son to die for you and your sins so that you could experience freedom to the fullest! Believe in Christ's death and resurrection (which sealed the work done on the cross) for your salvation and the forgiveness of sins! God bless you all, I will keep you all in my prayers!
