Bro how do I change a pencil to a brush like you do in automation, I can't find it anywhere in the settings, It is in FL studio 21 that I do not have it 0:13
It should be an option on the top of the playlist but I just use the hotkey “b”. Keyboard to piano has to be off in order to use the hotkey but “b” is brush and another one I use a lot is “c” for cut.
@@ScaleAudio Thanks for your reply. I know we have plenty of options to make automation work in FL but I would have liked the same menu (upper left) for volume and pan channel for midi as well. To me it just makes more sense...
Not sure what the upper left menu your referring to is 😬 I want to be more positively impactful if I can lol my bad if I’m not doing a very good job. I do know that you can link automation clips to pan and volume for channels in the channel rack, which could in fact be a midi clip. Are you using a specific plugin for midi clips?
@@ScaleAudio Sorry for being unclear. I meant when having an audio clip left upper click with your mouse button gives you a menu. This menu I want for a midi clip as well...(features for midi) As an absolute beginner this makes just more sense to me.
Bro you chop out the part where you click on the thing you're talking about, so I have no idea what you clicked on to open the thing. Don't chop things out that you're explaining.
If you are referring to opening the automation clip, you can either double click it in the playlist or click it in the channel rack/step sequencer. Appreciate the feedback 🤙

I was hoping to see FL adjusted this already on midi clips as well, not just audio...
Automation clips can be linked to most anything. What exactly were you wanting to accomplish?
