Nissan Pathfinder key fob battery repair

Nissan Pathfinder key fob battery repair on my wife's key as it has stopped working properly. i have found even though these batteries are rated at 3v they stop working efficiently at 3v and need to measure higher.
This is my first upload and so I have not gotten ideal settings on the lighting, layout, sound and my comfort being recorded. I hope to improve all of these as i move forward, any help appreciated.
