Today, I show off my favourite Anthurium of April, and I include a few honorable mentions as well. I also give my top tip for helping stuck leaves. For daily content, you can follow me on Instagram at nxcplants.
You’re my new favorite plant tuber! I love your Anthuriums!!! I am currently testing out your pon mix as I always need more and so far my Anthuriums seem to love it. Thanks for sharing them by the way. 💚
Your Voldemort oh my 😍 it's the only plant left on my wishlist this year. Those lobes are amazing! Looking forward to watching yours mature. Thanks for sharing 💚
Your Wendlengeri is a gorgeous specimen. And your paps are really special too. I grow all mine in ambient conditions with no grow lights or added humidity and they always have a lot of personality, aka flaws. Haha. Thanks for sharing such amazing plants.
Thanks Joshua! I enjoyed your recent video! It’s pretty funny I’ve ordered tree fern from that plant store. I didn’t realize they were brick and mortar
You should do a vlog on educational spotting carlablackiae against crystallinum. Using your plants and other IG pics. It's hard to see differences looking at it.
Thanks for the suggestion! The easiest way is the petioles. Carla are ribbed crystals are round. If you’re familiar with what luxurians or dressleri petioles look like, Carlas have a similar shape.
How long have you seen for your smaller seedlings to hit cataphyll? And do you leave the yellowing leaves? I always cut them off because I'm thinking it's diverting energy to something not doing well, but I may have made that up in my head.
It depends on the plant. Maybe 6-24 months. I usually leave yellowing leaves till they start to look mushy. The plant is able to suck back some of the mobile nutrients.
The petroleum jelly for the Cinderella slipper 🥿 stick leaves... 🤯🤯 that is the advice of the year lol.❤❤
