Not every football fan watches every single game or looks into all the stats. I love the section of fans who are raging bigots (in footballing terms).
I know a guy, old ish, who literally never watches a game on tv he just goes to coventry games. Couldn't give two shits about any other team, players or division and probably wouldn't have a clue who bernardo silva was. I respect him immensely and wish I could be like that

@liverbot4854 I can't comment on the premier league because as a Coventry fan who grew up in the 2000s I've never attended a prem game, but I do feel that the league would be better if no one outside of England gave a shit about it
@@jamesduffy7549 But that's where the issue of revenue comes in. I'd love the Premier League to be full of homegrown English players and be watched by English fans but a lot of the league's revenue comes from abroad.
Personally I have no issue with foreigners supporting a Premier League team, unless they are hopping on a bandwagon and show little passion.
