This is one of the most beautiful compositions (and definitely arrangement!) for an anime OP I’ve ever heard. It’s extremely technical and just brilliant with depth, please continue doing stuff like this, and keep persevering in life (I read your description haha). 🙏
I think some of the rests are bit messy? But from a phonology stand point, this piece transforms Aria's Undine in a really unique way. Instead of the serene relaxation produced by the original the arrangement really engages me in a very different way; whilst maintaining pretty much every musical idea the original has. It's not perfect, nothing is, but as a huge fan of Aria this really is the most interesting and unique piano arrangement i'm aware of.
I haven't watched Aria in 4 years (incomplete), last time I did I was in New Zealand, then it was just left on my forgotten list, I think i'll appreciate it more now that i'm a little older.

Aria is my favourite anime, and particularly I love the music of it. The first a few minutes of your play is quite slow and really makes me chilled out. (I am nervous about my exam tmr 🤣) Although it speeds up later I still enjoy it! Fantastic play!
It's played by the computer :P Everything you hear is heavily altered digital midi. I merely arrange and alter the midi file to make it as realistic as possible~

Its good that you chose to have a break instead of forcing yourself; there comes never anything good of forcing yourself to anything. Also i agree with the recent anime arrangements, and maybe thats some kind of placebo, but i kinda think you can actually hear thar you have more creative flow in arrangements like that. Dont bother about the views, its fine if there are a few people that really appreciate this, and trust me, we do :D Or eh, tl;dr: Gud stuff, keep on doing what you do, haha.
I'm surprised you didn't keep the final postlude similar with the downbeat chords. It's honestly one of my favorite parts about the original. It is strange in that it fades away, so you'd still need to find a way around that, but it is kind of a magical way to end the piece. I very much enjoyed this arrangement though as a long time fan of the series.

I just watched the first 10 sec of this video and decided I needed to find the sheet music. Downloaded the PDF and I start scrolling down and I'm like "what the?... holy SHIT this is CRAZY hard! What was I thinking I can't play this!" lol
This is a masterpiece! O.O Been listening to it for 5 times now, I just keeps getting better. I love it! I will learn this, even if it'll take my whole life! xD How can you think of all of these things without copying someone? O.O
@@luxhary4968 I have had a closer look at the sheets and decided to play more classical stuff for now, until I get good enough to learn this. Practicing The Well Tempered Clavier by Bach and the 8th Sonata by Beethoven. It will be a few more years, before I try this, haha
This is absolutely stunning and an obvious work of passion and love for both the series and your own path in music. I'm currently working on the Chopin etudes and this seems like a goal I could set for myself playing in the future. Did you have to play this or just arrange it when writing the piece? Because this piece is pretty freaking difficult, although made up for by its beauty. I'm looking forward to any sheet music you put out in the future!
I played it first, then notated it based no certain aspects of realism, of course some additional texturing and decorating was involved which perhaps made it way too difficult for the average pianist, nonetheless, I strife for experimentation more than playability, since there are tons of ani pianist out there that already do that sort of thing. Regarding future sheets.. ee... i'm busy with other things, so probably won't put out alot this year.
