Martin Jarvis and Jonathan Cicil are, in my humble opinion, the best narrative experts for these genius pieces. I’ve listened to them too many times to count. Wish there were more. Thanks so much.🇺🇸
Thanks for the upload ... excellent read .. But ... Are the chapters in order ? For example.. " Bertie changes his mind " is part of the book " carry on Jeeves "
MY OB Hi MY OB...an interesting question about the word ´´yours.´´ I think you will find it is probably the BBC’s no...but TH-camrs have only a vague concept of intellectual rights😉 for which we should (mostly) be grateful.
Shush - take that comment away or we'll lose this. I'm so upset that the two 'Uncle Fred' novels are now gone. I loved them and no-one else but Cecil reads them well.
There are a few extraordinary readers. Martin Jarvis, here, is good with reading/acting these tales, as is Jonathan Cecil. Oh, and Blake Ritson doing "Aunts Aren't Gentlemen" is nice too.

Give Nick Martin a go
I agree...
cecil not cicil
Martin reading “ Just William” is delicious too. Sadly, Just William ,will be a mystery to most people, but was a favourite childhood read. 😃
This is unusual but well worth listening too, thank you so much for uploading z
Such good stuff.....voice and telling are excellent....enjoyed this so much..thank you.
So grateful for so much treasure, thank you!
Brilliant! Thank you!
Utterly brilliant reading by Martin Jarvis.
Martin Jarvis brings delight to my ears.
Very well read,and as usual,delightfully written....Thanks!
Very good. Thank you.
Ruined by advertising. Thanks Google, your greed truly has no limits.
i have adblocker plus, it`s free and no you tube ads
Your greed for free shit truly has no limits
Abridged? Curses!
Jeeves sounds very much like Sir Alec Guinness.
The frequent adverts ruin this.
adblocker plus is free and blocks you tube ads
Absolutely. Intolerable.
Love it 🤗🤗
Mr. Jarvis is the BEST voice of Jeeves by far. Wooster is good but a bit too daft. Imho. Thanks for the post.
I don't like his voice for Bertie in this recording. It's too high-pitched and squeaky and silly. It's fine in 'Carry On Jeeves' though.
Who else have you listened to?

Thank you
so many ads very disapointing
Wow ddsmoking. Miss you Mr dead.
The best
“Abridged”!! What a pity!!
Marvelous reading. What a pity it's abridged.
Ass.
Thanks for the upload ... excellent read ..

Clearly written at a time when a young girl getting into a strangers was not a concern!! 😮
Gave up after the second ad break just 3 minutes into the play .
@Raelene: if this is yours, why do we see the incomparable "deaddogsmoking" on the screen?

Ruined by ads every few minutes.
Alfred.
Perfect👌😌
Could anyone read it better ? Bravo Martin K
Katharine Davis - Martin J, maybe :-)

wasn't Martin K the character in a Kafka novel? :D
@@futerko108 I'm sorry I've no idea . I don't read Kafka. K
@@Alpine_Joe lol :)
Lady ga ga, pure evil.
Agreed
I’ll get the book…. No adds every 5 seconds…….
I'm sure that both the BBC and the author have granted the rights to publish his work.
