@@stevenkurtz2730 Crunch became good after being defeated by Crash. Cortex probably thought he was still evil so he sent him an invitation to Crash's "party" but since he's no longer bad, he took it literally and brought him a cake

A very underrated character, he makes a good big brother for Crash and Coco!

@@kaidothedrunkard his height varies from each of his appear. Essentially he is taller than both Crash and Coco, but he's either the same height or slightly shorter than Tiny.

Crunch was really left behind the scenes a lot throughout the games. Other than being playable in Crash Nitro Kart, Crash Tag Team Racing, and those Sphere levels in Crash N-Tranced, we never got to see Crunch be playable outside of racing or using the sphere thing. The other times we have seen him is when he's either getting brainwashed, or just left behind. It's kind of sad really. Dude needed more chances to ACTUALLY become playable so we could utilize how he uses his brute strength, and maybe biotic arm, in a fight against Cortex's henchmen, and get the character development and growth he rightfully deserves.

@@TheGhost-rp3ko Well, guess what? That idea apparently got scrapped, and he was frozen in some sort of crystal during the whole game. Poor Crunch. He could have at least asked Crash to help break him out instead of just saying that he'll be waiting for a while.

Outside of the Kart games, he is the only Bandicoot of the 3 you cannot play as in the games. Coco had her levels and Crash is the star, but no loved for Crunch sadly. And I do love Crash and Coco. But having Crunch levels would of been nice.

I'm really disappointed on how they handled crunch after wrath of cortex (besides the racing games) they could of made him a very helpful ally
And they could have had him in about time as working with tawna but not have anything with her and still acting like a big brother and even being a bit over protective of crash and coco at times. Aka him poping in and doing level aka we play him.
Aside from the racing games, he's only playable in one game N Trance.
He was supposed to be playable in crash of the Titans but that idea got scrapped

@Smile WRLD No, there are two timelines in Crash Bandicoot, Classic and New. Crunch belongs to classic and has yet to have a new timeline counterpart.

I really liked his character in the wrath of cortex, nitro cart, and tag team racing games. Some people may not like the wrath of cortex, but it has potential. I really hoped that they could have remade it to show how Crunch came out as a character. I got to admit that he was left out of the series of games. If they make another crash bandicoot game, they should reintroduce him to the new generation of gamers.
Crunch Bandicoot it's one of or if not the most underrated characters from the Crash Bandicoot franchise, i just hope he appears again in the future new game or remake

I love how wrath of cortex and Nitro Kart are both on the same console, but Nitro kart looks significantly better, despite being a racing game.

Why did they have to ruin Crunch by making him a Mr. T knockoff?
It's a shame they made him a glorified Mr T. Before he was gruff, buff, and generally a different character from Crash and Coco. But then it was all just "URGH! Pity the fool! URGH! Snickers! URGH! I hate planes!".
Pretty sure they made him dumber too.
Crash of the titans had some of the worst character butchering in the series for sure, Coco was stupid and kind of annoying despite being a genius, Crash was.... dog like??? I mean Crash was never the brightest but he was never outright behaving like a dog, Aku-Aku was way more dramatic and sometimes helpless, when before he was a wise ancient being guiding Coco, Crash, and Crunch against his brother Uka-Uka. Really disappointing.
I remember the first time I played Crash Twinsanity, and I did t recognise half of the villains here. This was when I wasn't this super Crash Bandicoot fan; like I am now.
If it were a Spyro game for of *his* villains I'd know who I was looking it without even trying.

If all the games in the franchise become Remakes I hope they pay more attention to him, making him a playable character in some games like Mind over Mutant for example.
Coco become a playable character after defeated her, so doing the same thing with him for exemple.

Crunch kinda reminds me of Knuckles the Echidna. Both have been manipulated by an evil scientist (Eggman for Knuckles and Cortex for Crunch) to work against the main animalistic hero (Sonic for Knuckles and Crash for Crunch) only to later be friends with said animal character.
