Lol I wanted to see how you handled that wicked rock garden drop corner on the second switchback. Now I see you gracefully declined to share that footage and I don’t blame you! That trails technical as all get out.
Drops do scare me quit a bit if I'm not familiar with them or if they land in sketchy rock gardens. LOL. I wish I could remember that trail a bit more. I am doing a bit more crazy stuff now and would like to take another look at it. Maybe next time I go up there.
@@jsinnott5952 I think we rode all the trails in the Sandy Ridge system. I got a video with Flow Motion somewhere in my pile. I love that entire spot. We rode two days on those trails.
That place is amazing. Johnny is a bit over my head. Those are some really well designed but extremely large jumps. I wish I could get those builders out to Everstoke to help me build some lines.
@@mtbingadventures1551 I wasn't in Portland when Johnny was built; but, I do know the NWTA (and its volunteers) do most of the work out there at Sandy Ridge on the likes of Hide and Seek. I also remember reading that Lolo Racks officially took on sponsorship of Johnny and I believe leads the maintenance efforts on that trail. Shameless plug: I did a video on SR not too long ago. What you're doing out at Everstoke looks pretty awesome - man that's a ton of work! I frequent Truckee so at some point in the future would love to find myself out there.
Paul's bike knows how to sing
LOL, Usually that's my bike from me overbreaking. I forgot that Paul did some video on this trip. Great times
Sandy Ridge in general and lower hide and seek are two of my favorite spots to ride. And 2 turn tables. Glad you could try them 👍.
We liked the trails so much we rode there for 2 days. I did Lower Hide N Seek 3 times. Great trail builders in that area.
Upper Hide and Seek is garbage.. Too worn out. I won't even ride it any more.
wow man awesome trail. love all the ferns and trees. i can spend hours in a forest like that. thanks for the adventure!!
Love hearing comments like this. Thank you so much. I had the best time riding these trails. So insanely green and amazing.
@@mtbingadventures1551 yea man you would struggle to get me out of there. like a kid in a all you can eat candy store. i aint goin!!! lol

I hope I can do these sick trails once I get my new bike
I hope you get a chance to ride them as well. I had just an amazing time checking all those out.
21 dollers away its trek marlin4
Sounds like you are really close to having your bike.
yes and I live close to those trails kinda
just rode upper hide n seek ... good to see it pop up on my feed .
Fun trail, the trail building there is amazing.
MTBing Adventures check out flow motion next time you guys are back.

MTBing Adventures nice ... we are spoiled in Oregon with Post Canyon, Sandy Ridge and Blackrock
@@jsinnott5952 for sure, I will be going back up there one day to enjoy some more riding of those trails.
Awesome trails 🤘 I’ve never seen so many ferns.
You need to do a road trip to Oregon man. That place rocks! The Hide N Seek trail on the lower half was super fun.
Ahh, I do love me some Sandy Ridge. TNT is easily my favorite jump line, mostly because I’m still learning Johnny tho

@@FernFlowMtb that would be great! I love giving people a tour and building out here. Definitely hit me up if you do get out this way
@MTBing Adventures Sweet - that would be great! 👊
Heh heh I thought you guys were gonna play hide and seek in a trail system lol
That actually might be a cool game to play. Try to find other riders out on a trail system
This trail looks bad ass
Totally agree, I think this is in my top 5 trails I've ridden. So fun and great conditions.
Nice trails.
Thanks, great place to ride.
