Great episode! I subscribed and am shopping for a printer now! I'll also still buy from many of the great vendors out there to support them. Its incredible the options out there, what a time to be in the hobby!

I would like someone to make an engine bay for the Aoshima Pantera. Just the inner fenders, transaxle, and maybe the transmission. Also maybe a few other small parts to make it feasible. I wouldn't do the engine because there are plenty of engines aftermarket. Modelers can cut open the rear engine hatch themselves. Just an idea. 🙂

I'd love to get a resin printer and buy designs to print. But what I'd really like to do is design my own stuff to print...but finding, getting and learning the programs (not to mention the trial and error learning to print) to start is the biggest obstacle to get there.
There are a TON of items I'd like to design/make.

Definitely check out Scale Speed Garage Elite! The content will not only help you start designing your own parts quickly (using free software!), but will also help you get the printing part down quickly as well! Thanks for watching!

Awesome announcement, resin cast body suggestions perhaps? 68/69 GTO convertible, foxbody LX convertible, 96/97 Camaro SS hood/spoiler/exhaust/intake?

Hey Matt I know you're a Bill Jenkins fan and have been resin casting some "conversion" parts and larger items for car bodies, I figured an idea for possible resin parts could be a more realistic grille and grump lump scoop for the 70 1/2 camaro. I've always wanted to do a replica of the #8 car as it was in circa 1971 after the conversion to the split bumper nose..but the kit grille sets too far in and just doesn't look right compared to the real deal, and nobody seems to make a good grump lump that has the correct proportions or style. Just an idea!
