Sheesh that is a beautiful lake. Love that fall bite! Always gotta have those long nose pliers ready when getting those trebles out. Sad to see that you lost a rod. That’s never a good feeling.
I enjoyed this video, I havent fished that lake before in a boat but I am planning on it real soon. You said something about they want the spotted bass caught out the lake. Are spotted bass taking over the lake? I'm a strong advicate of the Whooper Plopper and the Pop-R for locating arggressive topwater action. Thanks again for the video footage and maybe you will let us all know how you did in the tournament on your next video.
@@southwestindianaoutdooradv4714 I see, I don’t like how they look 😂. I think what I’m going to do it put bungees on my rod holders and strip them down like that. The only reason I lost it was because I was over reaching and missed the holder lol.
@@savedbygraceoutdoors yeah I’m going to have to come up with something. I want to do floats but I bank fish with them too, I’m afraid they will get in the way. But I definitely need to do something 😂
@@Fishingwithfaithoutdoors23 I bank fish with mine as well. I usually keep the rod floats on. But if you want to take them off it's still pretty convenient.

@@trucolored yeah the park rangers said they are taking over and they need them gone.
I feel the pain on the lost rod now I tether them every time!
@@southwestindianaoutdooradv4714 yeah idk about lanyards, but rod floats probably be ideal lol
@@Fishingwithfaithoutdoors23 I can’t stand rod floats haha I’ve had them catch on my line too many times.
