Osho Gibberish Meditation for stress management

  • This scientific meditation can be an excellent resource to unburden your mind. Especially useful for people who have a busy mind. The recommended duration of meditation is 30 minutes. However, if you just have 5 mins, you may still want to give it a shot. Gibberish is a very scientific method and has helped many many people to experience a state of calmness, centeredness, silence, and merging and melting!     Hi sir i have severe anxiety problems with that i lose my self control over my body all the time hence it creates a big problem in my day to day life and plus i have seen a lot of videos on TH-cam on how to control mind emotions and overthinking and negative thoughts and every host in the video says a different aspect and saying about the mind hence it is creating more disturbances in day to day life please can you guide me throughout this if possible.

      Would say that you may want to give it a chance ... may be just try for a week ...just 15-20 mins everyday ... see how YOU FEEL after that and then decide for yourselves ! Just make sure that if you do gibberish for 15 mins then you sit silently for 15 mins (same time as duration of time for Gibberish) after that ! Do share your experience !

      My guess would be, the process needs you to feel more and more free. So you need to get things out. And YOU know what you’re saying, though you’re voicing it in gibberish. This could make you feel less conscious while doing it. You might think twice before shouting out loud things you’ve bottled up for long. This way you don’t have anything keeping you from feeling more free and liberated of all inside you. Focus is on letting out. That’s what I feel. Just a thought :)

      Go for natropathy course . I recommend you kavelyadham lonavala. It works

      You may want to do Gibberish for some time before going to bed .....try it for a few days and share your experience !
