Admission guidelines
The following instructions on submission of Online Admission Forms will be followed: -
i. The institutions should ensure that the online Admission Forms of all the candidates along with Bank Challan /deposited fee receipt must be uploaded on the FBISE Portal ON OR BEFORE the last date specified above to avoid payment of extra fees or rejection of Admission Form(s). The Admission/Examination Fee must be paid only through System Generated Bank Challan at any HBL or MCB branch within Pakistan or through ‘easy paisa’ ‘jazz cash’. Only fees deposited on system-generated Challan will be accepted. Do not use manual Challan in any case.
ii. All the Heads of institutions are requested to submit online Admission Forms separately in respect of the candidates who appeared/passed the HSSC Part-I Examination from the Board other than FBISE. Their HSSC-I Result Card duly verified by the respective Board, must be uploaded
iii. The Incomplete Admission Forms (Draft) will not be accepted for examination.
iv. The candidates of HSSC Part-II are eligible to take the facility of reappearing in all/any number of papers of HSSC Part-I along with Part-II papers for which they will mention desired papers in the respective column of the Admission Form.
v. An Institution/Candidate applying in the category of disability should mention his/her accessibility need at the time of submitting his/her Admission Form in black and white otherwise he/she will not be entertained.
vi. No Examination Fee will be charged from Orphan, differently abled Candidates, prisoners, and wards of ‘Shuhada’ (Proof shall be uploaded).
vii. In case of any difficulty in submission of Online Admission Forms, the institution /candidate may contact FBISE IT Programmer/Assistant at Phone number 051-9269516, 051-9269555-57 (Ext. 227) during office hours.
viii. The private candidate upload the College Leaving Certificate along with the online Admission Form available at FBISE website www.fbise.edu.pk after the change of category from regular to private and must be applied for permission of FBISE
ix. A candidate can appear in the additional subject(s) in current course. In case of involving Practical’s to the condition that
he/she provides certificate of having done the Practical’s of said subjects at an affiliated institution duly signed by the principal with official stamp.
x. A candidate, appearing in any failure Paper(s)/ improvement paper of Part-I OR Part-II will pay full fee of respective Part.
xi. In case of IBCC cases, the candidates will submit online Admission Form and upload scanned copy of original Equivalence Certificate issued by the IBCC.
xii. In case of IBCC appear in two or three subjects in part-I or part-II and applying in manual form please contact at Phone No 051-9269541 during office hours.
xiii. Scanned copy of Permission Letter issued by ‘Research and Academic’ Department of FBISE if Pakistani Culture is opted by the candidate in lieu of Urdu Compulsory must be uploaded.
xiv. A private candidate who has passed SSC &HSSC Part-I Exam from the Board other than FBISE and submit HSSC-I Result Card duly verified by the respective Board scanned copy of result card and NOC/Migration Certificate along with online admission form
xv. All the Non-Registered Private Candidates will upload photograph with blue or white background on prescribed place of the Admission Form
xvi. The candidates who intend to improve their Grade/Marks after appearing/passing HSSC Examination can do opt /appear
NOTE:
The candidate will download his/her Roll Number Slip himself/herself from FBISE website: www.fbise.edu.pk and print it before commencement of examination. FBISE will not despatch Roll Number slip to any candidate.
Please note that the admission forms sent to any official at his/her personal WhatsApp number has no legal position, therefore, the institution/candidates in their own interest are advised to submit their forms/documents only through aforesaid procedure to avoid any inconvenience.
The candidature/admission form shall not be cancelled in any circumstances after issuance of Roll No. Slip

sir mene ssc part 1 aur 2 dono k liye private admission as a private un registered bheja hai but sir fbise affiliated institutions sy kaha practical certificate k liye tau unhoo ny kaha hum sirf apnay private students ko practical certificate issue kerte hai na k her kisi ko yeh kiya masla hai fbise walay kehte hain affiliated institutions deingy certificate but wo itni rudness dikhate hain agay sy sir agar aap mujhy kahin sy practical certificate dilwa dein kindly meri help karein

Sir I have paid the challan and uploaded it but still got the msg" Your admission form has been received in fbise without fee" What should I do know.
It will take a day for it to get updated don't worry..... mera bhi aisa hi aya tha bad ma payed aa gya tha

Assalamu o alikum sir manay math ka 1st year ki punjab book parh rhi thi 2022 ma (old book) but phir book change ho gye kpk board ki aa gye aur manay wo bhi paper nhi diya but baki saray diya thay 11 class k aur manay 12 class kar li h aur manay maths ka paper dana h 11 class to ma kis book sa don gi ? Automatically kon c book select ho gi kpk board wali yah punjab wali q k ma dono book sa appear nhi hui hon paper ma

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Abdul Rafay, and I completed my intermediate in 2024, securing 716 marks out of 1100. I also appeared in the second annual exam to improve my marks; however, due to personal reasons, I couldn’t prepare well and managed to improve by only 3 marks.
Unfortunately, I was unable to secure admission to COMSATS due to the high merit and my intermediate marks. Currently, I am free and considering preparing again for the second-year exam only since my first year marks were good.
I would like to ask for your guidance on the following questions:
1. Will this affect my student profile, as I am also willing to study abroad?
2. Will my exam be based on the old syllabus or the new second-year syllabus?
