ACV states diluted. Are we to dilute the tablespoon or is it straight Tbsp ACV added to Deep Conditioner?

Hello, Tanya!!! My hair really loves when I switch between TGIN Honey Miracle Mask and SheaMoisture Intensive Conditioner. I always DC every 7 days with heat on wash day. But, I go with the Anthony Dickey method in between wash days (every 2-3 days). On AD days I do not Deep Condition. This schedule of drenching with water followed by conditioner wash & rinse then leave-in has worked so well that I no longer need a curl gel at all in between wash days. (I do wash-n-go’s). I use a curl gel on wash days because I put my hair thru the full routine, ie hydrating shampoo, protein treatment and DC w/heat then leave-in before styling product(s). Though my strands are healthy and hydrated on wash day, they need some curl support after all that! 😉

I’m a 4C, low porosity, straight natural that uses pillow rollers on most days.
My hair loves the TGIN Rosewater line!
It’s a struggle to keep my hair straight and moisturized but I put the Rosewater leave-in on the very ends of my hair before I roll it up and this works well for me. I also oil once a week.

    ACV is a game changer.
Running warm water on fast flow in the shower over hair makes it easier to detangle with wide tooth comb or detangling brush.
    Thanks for sharing 🙂

I just did a quick look-up, for the difference between silica and silicones, the latter of which I had read warnings about using on ethnic hair types.
I'm sure that I learned the difference between the two, in school, many years ago, however, my concentration was not science, and I remembered there was a difference, just not what it was.
Thanks, once again, for sharing such thorough information; I'm even more happy, that all of your recommendations are vegan-safe.

    Am low porosity/ high density
I make my own shampoo (from black soap and other infused mix ) wash my hair once a month (twice max )
My conditioner is the the cocoa like of auntie Jackie deep conditioner ( mixing with Amla powder ,moringa powder , fish oil , honey , BAOBAB powder and. Licorice powder .)
Clay mask is the bentonite clay and ACV
Leave in conditioner is (As I am leave in , shae manuka leave in and twisted sista intense penetrating leave in ). NOTE : I rotate around this three so I don’t get stuck when one is finish and I don’t have any other so I buy them three down
Oils I make my own ayuverdic oil blend
Sealant is shae butter infused with (Amla ,Moringa ,licorice and castor oil vitamin E ,fish oil ,tea tree and my oil blend )
I cover my head to bed when ever I can 😅
I switched to making my hair myself (mini twist ) to reduce breakage and also I don’t have that high amount they calling in them saloon 🫤🫠 just cause my hair is full and thick .
    For my spray bottle it’s.
    - Clove
    - rose bud
    - lavender
    - fenugreek
    Or
    - garlic
    -ginger
    -onion
    --licorice root
Boiled and store for two week for use

If i may suggest. I know your videos are primarily informational and i know are practicing what you preach.
My suggestion, when you mix your conditioner or incorporate rhassoul clay, for example. Can you show this as a tutorial?
Also, some people are visual learners and would benefit if they can actually see what you're talking about. Plus it would take your videos to the next level.
Thanks for reading, keep up the great work!
