I feel like a weapon grease to go along with milady would have significantly more damage, they tend to be great for pure str, qual and dex builds
you really should try out the deflecting hardtear. but to use it in the arena you have to go to either brawls or combat ordeals.

I did, but I couldn't get the stance to do anything sadly.
