while i agree with what u said, commmunication only works when dealing with normal people, it doesnt help if u involve urself with a highly manipulative person, narcissist, or sociopath who will twist ur every word against u. in my opinion the most important skill is knowing when to walk away and just how important that really is. i was just listening to nicki's new song Love Me Enough and they i saw this on the recommended so i clicked to see if thats what the vid was about. healthy communication is great but its such a trap when ur involved with the wrong person already. it cant fix a toxic relationship with a toxic person (nothing can), it can only make a good relationship better, stronger, and more long lasting.
