You’re resin, is it the same Part A Part B epoxy?, looking for a supplier of the resin in my area but everyone’s confused on if it’s epoxy or certain resin material

Hello, I’m planning to use bound resin for a patio. I’ve seen conflicting advice about the sub base and wondered if a base comprising 100mm MOT type 1 topped with a well compacted ballast would be okay in this application? There won’t be any vehicle loading
Look up the x grid system, it's a solid and easy to install sub base. I wouldn't advise going straight over MoT

It's just Aluminium tile trim and you can drive on it the next day

BUT, you'd need a ton or resin, right?
7.5kgs of Resin mixed with 100kgs of aggregates will give you 3.7m2 at 18mm thickness
