Yes but respect of Prophet is must. Allah is the Lord. He can say to Prophet what He wants. Its not upto us to look for any flaw in Prophet. Prophet intentions were sincere and it has been explained in tafsir (context). What i wanna narrate is an incident that there was an imam of a masjid who only used to recite these ayahs in every prayer. When Hazrat Umar who was caliph at that time came to know, punished that Imam and said he's hypocrite (munafiq) otherwise he wouldnt be stuck on these ayahs alone.

Imagine a book, that contains everything from stories to how you should live your life, all written in poetry, it rhymes and is recited beautifully, memorized word for word by its reciters. I studying Quran. I read the bible(Roman). I studied the Vedas. And Now I'm studying about Buddhist scriptures like Tripitaka and Code of Buddha Law. Still I didn't get a scripture like Hoy Quran

Here's an even more important question. What would be his motivation to start lying if you believe he made it up? He was married to the wealthiest woman in Arabia his uncles were in charge of Kaba and had influence in the tribe of Quraysh he was beloved everyone trusted him. So what could be the motivation? Take into consideration that he refused all beautiful women that the tribe of Quraysh had offered him and he didn't fight back for the first 13 years of preaching the Message.

It's only God that will decide whether u will convert on reading the Quran or not. Sometimes God seals someone's heart. No light will ever penetrate even if u recite the Quran one million times.

Jane Macauliff author said , the Holy Quraan has 77449 words. So when I saw this 7 was repeated as well as 4 and I knew 9 represented an infinity number then I realized it means something and hence it's a code. The code has a meaning. If you ask a Jew or Christian what 77 means they will tell u it means completion, 44 hope and 9 is known to represent an infinity no or stand for infinity, eg, 2×9= 18. 1 + 8 takes you back to 9.
Then 3 x 9 is 27..and 2 +7 = 9 and this carries on and on so we say it represents infinity. That you can ask any one in any religion. So I deduce the 77449 means The completion of the revelations bringing light and hope from the ONE infinite. This 77449 proves if a word was subtracted or added then it would change the meaning and hence one would guage it's been tampered with. So this proves as well the Holy Quraan is from the Infinite One Allah. The Lord of all creation and there is no creator but Him.

The name and the story of (waraqa ben noufal) came in the beginnings of Islam and he once said (if I am present, I will follow you) speaking to the Prophet. For me,when I accepted Islam to be my religion ,the strongest arguments about Qur'an where those sientific ones - Muhammed a. s. could not know, ( niether any man at that time could know) what sience discovered in 20. sentury. There are many proofs, such as that the stories in the Qur'an differ from those in the Torah and the Bible. The Torah and the Bible describe some of the prophets with ugly descriptions, while the Quran describes them with good descriptions.

I agree with you about reading other books. I came from a family that has a lot of Christians on my mother's side. Because of it I've become a better Muslim learning more of other faiths (for me) strengthens me in my faith even more and makes me so appreciative of it.

Mr Leroy, I think your approach is very rational and spot on. Even the Quran emphasises there is no compulsion in religion (God Himself could have programmed the human mind to believe in a single religion). Even so Muslims are not exempted from rational thinking by leaveing it all to a few Imam of the past or present to interpret the Quran. Many of the fact in the Quran has been proven by modern scientists,reserchers, etc.
He is the author of all scripture not just the koran even of the Gita bible and all other scriptural texts as all scripture was given by inspiration from God.

What was the purpose of Prophets came before Jesus (A.S), as Jesus had to Die for people's Sins.
If a sacrifice is considered. First We should know, if someone sacrifice He do that happily, no-one has to force him to sacrifice himself. Just like When Abraham (A.S) asked his Son to be sacrificed for God, he did it Happily. Ishmael (A.S) was happy to be sacrificed, but in case of Jesus, he doesn't seem like that.
All people are asked to research and conclude their point. But When it come to Christianity, Hinduism, they make no sense. They are just blind beliefs. Hinduism scripture says God has no image, statue but Hindu practice completely against it claiming their own words to be the part of religion. Similar is the case with Christianity, Jesus says Worship to The god of mine and yours, Father of mine and yours. The father is the only true god but Christians claim him to as God because he was given some unique miracles as Every Prophet was given by The Only True God, the Father. As Jesus (A.S) never said himself as a god. He only referred to The father as God, He also said I myself can do nothing but by My father's permission.

God is describing the vision (His message) as being like a book given to someone who can read but won't because it's sealed. Then given to one who can't read, and therefore can't read it. So the verse you think is about Mohammad is about the vision. It's a judgement on the prophets and seers who made the vision from God to be of no value. They are then described as people who draw close to God with their lips but their hearts are far from Him.
All you have to do is read the verses together and not just isolate verse 12 by itself, and you will see it has nothing to do with Mohammad. Context is important.

in quran there is this mathematical prove that is from God and everything divided by number 19. for example the first sura hamd when you read it in Arabic your lips will touch open and close 19 times and the number of allah is divide in 19 and many many more and there is so many scientific facts.

Why do so many people believe that if they are good, they go "straight" to Heaven when they die? You have to go to a Judgement ceremony with the Creator.. So, Islam does explain purgatory or Barzakh; the time and condition of the souls before the Judgement. The Barzakh has two parts. Evil souls go to the dark side for punishment with no contact with lost love ones whereas the Good souls go to the bright side for rewards, meetings long lost relatives, etc. Judgement Day is like your day in court, a ceremony. You'll know where you will end up in the long run by your position in the Barzakh or purgatory. Furthermore, you can't accumulate any good deeds that will count while on either side. Only earthly deeds matters. I've viewed countless videos of people dreaming of the Barzakh, thinking they were in Hell, but they were actually viewing the Barzakh as their souls left their bodies during sleep. Many were scared strait and vowed to change their sinful lives. Accept Islam before it's too late, Insha Allah.

Can someone explain to me the verse regarding the Romans please ? At the time of revelation the west part of the roman empire had already been conquered (so I guess the verse "The romans have been conquered in the neighbouring land" refers to this). How about "But having been conquered they will conquer in a few years" ? I suppose it refers to the oriental part of the roman empire which was still standing then, but I don't know what they conquered. As far as I know (not far enough I guess) they slowly lost lands until this empire completely disappeared with constantinople

Perhaps non-muslim wouldn't look deeper into Quran or Islam in general because it can get quite judgmental. That's exactly the reason the religion is being sent down; to "revert" back to the truth... which is the core beleif is monotheism.
So even though they've read all through, they may still not accept it... because they believe different kind of truth e.g, polytheism, humanity (agnoticism & atheism), pantheism...

whether you will be guided or not while reading The Holy Quran, is depend on your intention in reading it. Allah guides to the people who Want it as He Please. Even Prophets can not give hidayah if the person They wish does not want The Hidayah (Story of Prophet Abrahams father, Luths Wife, Noahs Son, and so on). If you looking for truth and open minded while reading it, THERE YOU ARE, you can take it or leave it. but in every choice there are consequences. you only take responsibility of your own choices. THATS the real test in this world for all of us
If satan was the author of Qur'an then why would he roast himself all the way through it?
Beside Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) being illiterate; Only 3% of all people in the Middle East was actually literate in the 7th century and that 3% were priests who kept the majority of religious stories and knowledge for themselves with small number of ordinary people who had that rare skill of writing in that time so an average Christian and Jew could not teach you much of anything.
The written words on paper have came to Arabia in larger numbers in the 8th century from the China which is nearly 100 years after the Prophet Muhammad's travel to the otherworld.
The first version of Qur'an were various verses being preserved in harsh conditions on the parchments of animal skin.
The first compilation and the only version of Qur'an came during the Khalif Uthman radiallahu which is true to the last original till this day.
